Very big apartment. Comforable. Parking at site. Terrace with view at mountains Close to city centre yet in a very quiet location at the mountain. Tasty breakfasts. Cute dog around - great attraction for kids.

Very clean and comfortable. They even provided us with daily cleaning with laundry within the room at an extra cost of 20Euros.

The location is central but it’s a short climb up if you have to walk.

Staff was very pleasant, breakfast was great. Room was large and pleasant.

No elevator to transport luggage, only minor inconvenience. No AC but most nights were cool enough so not too bad. Construction directly across from room windows. We were awakened earlier than expected with the noise. Without AC, windows had to be left open so no way of reducing noice. Not the fault of the hotel just an inconvenience to be right outside of our window.

Lovely spacious room, everything we needed and more. 10 minute walk to town through lovely residential area, very peaceful. Very friendly and helpful hosts and amazing breakfast.

There is no ventilation (or a window that can be opened) in the bathroom. Since there is no air conditioning in the room either, we could not sleep at night. The mosquito screen kept out the bugs but also the fresh air.

Perfect location 10 min walking to old town in residential area with nice villas all around. Free parking. Very welcoming hosts, good breakfast and views to city.

Ask for room to south side, because on north there are building works and will wake you up at 7:00:)

The location is not far from the city center and the place is quiet. From our balcony, the view is fantastic, we can see the mountains far away. The breakfast is also very good.

the views from the property are amazing, but there was no views from our room. there was construction right in front of our room which woke us up very early with the noise.

the worst check in experience, lady at the reception was not nice, she seems to be totally unaware about how many guests she should be expecting, did not offer Salzburg card, nor any map or tips, and did not even explain where the breakfast are nothing no interest in guests

Beautiful spacious apartment, clean, recently renovated. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast. Staff very pleasant.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They helped us look online for good dinner options. We loved the fact that our triple room was actually 2 rooms with an adjoining door so we had 2 bathrooms.

The location of the hotel is excellent. In 15 minutes walking distance you can reach the old town of Salzburg where many tourist attractions are located like Festung Hohensalzburg or Mozart's birth place in the Getreidegasse. The hotel has free parking space right in front of the building. We had a studio with two comfortable rooms. The surrounding is quiet because it is a few meters up Kapuzinerberg. You are in the middle of Salzburg but the view from the balcony was all green. The breakfast buffet was very good, we did not miss anything. This was surprising because the hotel is rather small, so we assumed a limited selection. A few minutes from the hotel is a bus stop for trips farther away like the Zoo. TLDR: It was a really pleasant stay
