Great location away from center of Venice--loved being in a slightly more quiet area with tons of restaurants and great areas to walk and sightsee. Nice rooms, lovely places to sit, relax, and eat breakfast around the property.

They should improve breakfast.

Good price for a simple stay.

Beds were almost touching, they were so close. Room was dated.

Elegant decor in room. Clean. Quiet. Nice bathroom. Functioning A/C that you can regulate. Windows can open.

Breakfast was skimpy for a 3 star…no eggs, no fresh fruit, no choice of breads. Location is 10-15 min walk from ferry terminal and scary at night as you have to walk two long deserted “calle” (pedestrian streets) with poor lighting. There is no common indoor seating area with sofas & chairs. No chair nor luggage stand in the room. The room had a bad musty & moldy smell.

it was very clean & good bathrooms and really good service . they help you a lot through the app if you message them ! they help you get around well ! highly recommend!

Our second time in this hotel, now in a different family setting. You shouldn't expect too much from this hotel, it's rather cheap for this area and it is located not on the main islands. But if you want to live on the Grand Canal - you have a different budget :) For this hotel we really liked the staff, everybody was very friendly. We had mosquitos and one of the staff members gave us the anti-mosquito device, which was very helpful. Also, he noticed that every breakfast we have a "blanco" yogurt, and every time when he saw us coming, he was checking whether they still had it and was bringing it to us. Very nice of him! The hotel is located in a very calm area where mainly locals live. You still have a shop (Coop) and a few restaurants nearby. Daily commutes by the Vaporetto are a pleasure and don't bother at all. The hotel was clean and we saw cleaning staff was cleaning our room daily, also totally satisfied

The breakfast is fine if you stay 1-2 nights, but longer it gets sort of boring. Always the same cheese and yogurt. Some variations would be valuable. At the same time every breakfast, they had warm croissants, which was wonderful.
