Staff professional and very friendly . Breakfast excellent and restaurant very good . Location very good and parking big enough .

Noisy conditions , lot of noise from outside the rooms you can heard everything from outside , steps of people , people , lift ....Room door not big enough we can heard all .

The food menu , the restaurant area , hotel wifi is very weak ,the breakfast organisation , taxis - different prices charged by taxi to travel to/from the city centre. I was charged 42 zloty to travel from the Hotel to Wawel Castle and 72 Zloty to travel from the taxi rank in the city centre to the hotel . A big difference ! The taxi driver said his was a "Privat" taxi not a "Company" taxi . I don't understand the difference .It would be good for the hotel to give advice to guests in this regard so they they know how to manage this issue . The food menu needs to be modernised I would suggest. I have stayed in other 3 star hotels in Krakow and they have a better restaurant and better food . Check out the menu and restaurant for example in the WM Hotel System in Listopada . This is 3 star hotel with a nice menu and nice restaurant area . The menu needs more options that would appeal to younger people I think . I got a Greek Salad , it was ok but not great . There are no local restaurants near the hotel . The breakfast organisation needs to be reviewed I would suggest . The breakfast food is in one corner of the restaurant. This leads to crowding and access problems at busy times . Also coffee and juices are not in the main breakfast area . The coffee has to be ordered separately at the bar . Juices are also at the bar . This is confusing for new guests and I was left wondering if there were any juices the first morning before I discovered they were up at the bar . The restaurant area generally needs attention . It lets down the rest of the hotel . It has a dark low budget feel to it that is not in keeping of the relatively high standard in the rest of the hotel . So I would say this should be given attention to improve the atmosphere in the restaurant . This will make it more attractive. Overall it is a nice hotel , I mentioned some of the things above that will help improve the experience for guests.

The hotel room was very clean, breakfast was tasty.

Why this hotel has such a low rate. I hope it much be 10 :) Very helpful staff. So comfortable parking and easy to come. Hotel is new and numbers have new design and clean. The girl at the bar kindly helped me to make coffee, and the administrator helped figure out the application for paying for toll roads in Poland, although this request did not concern my stay at the hotel.

Hotel staff was exceptional - friendly and very helpful. they fixed an additional bed for our child. breakfast was great! bed was comfortable. the room and bathroom were clean.

There was a wedding reception at the hotel the night we stayed and it was quite noisy the whole night with people talking loudly inside and outside the hotel. no aircon in the room

Small room just to spend night. Good breakfast. Friendly stuff. Room small, but clean.

There was no air condition in the room and night was really hot. We opened window and used fan, but noise was big. There is no stairs, only lift.

The breakfast was excellent. Hotel is placed near road A4 and it was very convenient to stay there for one night to relax. Personal speaks English on reception and in the restaurant. There is free parking place and good wi-fi.

It was a little pity that in my number was no fridge and I needed a kettle. Everything else was excellent. And if you want to see the city you'll better choose a hotel closer to the center.

Generally it was really good choise for B&B. Location for traveling through is Ok near main roads, breakfast really good.

Room was really hot so we needed sleep with fully opened window thats why it was a little bit noisy. And rooms are parfumed too strong.
