A lovely hotel. Attentive, friendly staff - especially at breakfast. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Decent room with great shower. Well located near the railway station and on various bus routes. Outdoor pool area with bar facilities/seating. Good supply of pool towels. Guests were not allowed to reserve loungers by the pool.

The pool and pool area are small and beds in the sun were hard to get. Not an issue for us as we were there to explore the city rather than soak up the sun.

Pure Perfektion! Von der Begrüßung mit einer Flasche Cava und hervorragender Schokolade über das extrem zuvorkommende Hotelpersonal bis hin zum perfekten Frühstücksbuffet und den schönen Zimmern… einfach alles durchdacht, sodass man sich von vorne bis hinten immer wohlfühlen kann. Hut ab - toller Job! Kann man nur empfehlen.

Posizionato nella cintura della città a 10 minuti dall'aeroporto ed accanto alla stazione dei treni Santa Justa. Di fronte c'è un supermarket ed a 5 minuti a piedi un "El Corte Inglés". Davanti all'ingresso la fermata dei BUS per il centro ed a qualche centinaio di metri la stazione Metro (l'unica della città). Per i miei spostamenti ho noleggiato l'auto e non ho mai avuto difficoltò a trovare un parcheggio gratuito, in ogni caso, l'hotel ha il suo e di fronte c'è quello della stazione centrale. Ti accolgono e ti fanno sentire subito a casa, sempre sorridenti e disponibili, ottimo anche il servizio Concierge. La colazione è da 10 e lode, tutto ricercato e presentato con grande cura e rispetto della materia prima, qualità, quantità e varietà sono difficilmente eguagliabili, oltre allo chef in centro sala per le personalizzazioni desiderate. Se proprio dovessi trovare un neo, lo evidenzierei nella zona piscina, il pregio di essere in centro gli fa pagare lo scotto di non avere un'adeguata privacy rispetto ai palazzi circostanti, ma lo cito solo per completezza di informazioni e non come problema. BRAVIII!

The hotel is beautiful as expected by the pictures, the rooms are very comfortable (pillow menu is nice), there's lots of amenities, a nice welcome offer and the staff's seems tireless. Breakfast was also very good and varied, although sometimes there were some longer delays at the cooking/egg station. Location felt perfect for both ppl with a car or using public transit.

Unfortunately, the pool area is what really let us down. The space itself is beautiful and comfortable (although maybe lacking in sunbeds), food was great and cocktails were okay, but it was the service and music that led this review to be "just" an 8. Music was just obnoxiously loud at times, didn't seem to fit the vibe of the hotel and there was a clear lack in staff specially at lunch hour (the actual staff was great). It might not be a decisive factor for everyone as it's a personal thing, but I feel it really needs to be highlighted and personally is the only reason why I don't see myself going back.

L'établissement est très bien situé, juste en face d'un arrêt de bus (bus toutes les 20 minutes pour le centre ville à 15-20 min). Les chambres étaient très confortables, très propres et très bien insonorisées. Un concierge s'occupe de toutes vos réservations (visites, restos ...) si vous le souhaitez et est de très bon conseil. Le personnel est très à l'écoute, très sympa et très efficace ! Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel, très varié et sans cesse réapprovisionné. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est excellent et très abordable. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un très bel hôtel !

Petit bémol pour la piscine... Assez petite, encaissée donc très chaud sur les transats, peu nombreux. Musique trop forte. Il s'agit évidemment d'un avis personnel, certains aiment, d'autres pas.

Not enough space around the pool so struggled to get a place to sit after 10.30am

I rarely give a 10 out of 10 but this hotel is simply wonderful. Super clean and the loveliest staff, modern and decorated with so much detail and style. Nice pool area with comfortable sunbeds, good gym area and last but not least, wonderful food (breakfast is great with a large variety and many options, hotel bar/ restaurant is excellent too). We loved everything about the hotel!

Honestly nothing to complain. Maybe a few more shade option in the pool area would be great since it can get very hot in Sevilla but for the rest, all the rest was perfect!

Acceuil très chaleureux. Ils se sont pliés en 4 pour nous faire passer un excellent anniversaire de mariage. Petit déjeuner excellent. Tres grand choix de buffet, et barista pour d'excellents cafés. Aucun souci de bruit.

Emplacement à côté de la gare Santa Justa tres bien pour faciliter les transferts, mais loin du centre historique et peu de bar / restaurants dans les environs. Il y a des bus, mais ne pas prendre le bus d'aéroport pour aller en ville (plus cher que les lignes de la ville)

La ubicación - bastante alejado del centro de Sevilla

Localização perfeita, ao lado da estação de trem, próxima a diversos pontos turísticos, acessíveis por ônibus ou a pé. O hotel tem instalações excelentes, novas e muito confortáveis! A equipe foi maravilhosa e nos tratou muito bem! Serviço de alta qualidade. Recomendo muito!!!

Værelset var super flot, morgenmaden var virkelig lækker og servicen var i top.

Det eneste minus var at bilen var beskidt da vi fik den retur - men det skyldtes noget byggeri ved siden af parkeringspladsen tilknyttet hotellet.
