Staff excellent room very good dinner in restaurant fine though not veggie friendly

Though dog friendly nowhere apart from car park (next to busy road) to walk them (garden in back doesn't allow dogs) no dog bins

The hotel states it has baths and showers, and I requested a bath, but when we got to the hotel, the receptionist said none of the rooms had a bathtub, my wife has arthritis and after a long journey she needs to soak in a hot bath, to relieve the pain, could you therefor please ensure that hoteliers give the correct information in there descriptions so as not to expect there is a bathtub, especially when you get a reply from them saying they will accommodate us with a bathtub in the bathroom, thank you, Mr Brian Tweed.

EVERYTHING !!!!!! The noise was unbearable from the continuous traffic all night, plus slamming of doors and people walking around all night!!!!!! The bathroom was horrendous. One of the reading lights was hanging off the wall. This hotel cost more per night than the immaculate 4 star that we were at the night before. It was a long night as i didnt sleep AT ALL.

While travelling from Cadiz to Montpellier, stayed here as it's very close to the E5. The staff were great and very helpful. Parking is easy and the resturant was frequented by lots of locals, which is always a good sign. The food in the evening was traditionaly Spanish, well presented and tasted great. The room was clean, comfortable and had a very good bed. Top marks to the young lady that checked us in, then served us in the resturant, she made us feel as welcome as the locals. A great place to rest for any traveller.

Convenient location next to main route to south of Spain.

Staff was kind and very understanding. The bed was amazing! Breakfast was okay.

Some spots in the bathroom were moldy. The main light in the bathroom didn't work.

Dinner was excellent. There were only five choices of starters and main courses, but the ones we tried were delicious. Breakfast.was included. Again, the choice was limited, but delicious, toast, ham, cheese, jam etc with coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The swimming pool in the garden to the rear of the motel is a real bonus. This may be a motel just off a busy motorway, but this tranquil oasis was just what we needed after a five hour drive from Cadiz

The staff were a little slow , and not sure what to offer. I had coffee, croissant, some Serrano ham and orange juice which arrived last1 But very nice.

The pool and the food and the refrigerator will m smelled really good everything’s me it was cleaned

Very friendly staff. My partner was pregnant and we left early to go to the airport. The staff gave their seat up in front of the fire for my pregnant partner.

On a sub zero temperature night, the air con in the room didn't work, at our changed the air con wasn't much better but it was at the front of the hotel, adjacent to the road and its associated noise. We asked and got additional blankets but it was still like sleeping in a fridge!!

The room had damp patches and the heating was not sufficient to actually heat the room - I had to have them come to the room to make it work in the first place very and then again later when it stopped - I slept in my clothes as it was too cold to get undressed! Also, our room faced the road so there was lots of traffic noise and our blind didn’t fit the window, so it was very light in the room. Overall, a fairly unpleasant stop-over!
