Notting, there was notting good..!!! I don’t know why they offer that ugly and uncomfortable room, and I don’t know why booking. Come offer that room( cage) I can’t only say catastrophic😡😡😡😡

Don't trust them! They provided false information and deliberately hid the truth about themself! First, they didn't give their real address on the website. Second and more important, there was no door lock in the room! That meant you probably had to stay with many strangers but couldn't lock your door. In addition, I called the landlady, but we seemed to have a bad connection on the phone. The landlady first said, "You don't need a lock, there is no one except you tonight". But, I saw there were still other rooms for rent. Then, the landlady changed: "I promise tonight, there are only three people —— you, me, and my boyfriend. So you don't need a lock." Why I don't need the door lock?! What the logic is?! A door lock is absolutely safer than your promise! It's ridiculous that a room in a hotel (or homestay) doesn't have a lock! No one wants to rent a room without the lock, and a rented room should have its lock no matter a hotel, homestay, apartment, or whatever! If there is no door lock, you should provide the truth on the website! See what the truth is false address, and room without a lock, and the cell phone is awful! Is it a crime scene??? Ah, by the way, you won't see the landlady and her boyfriend until midnight. What the hell!!! I was traveling for leisure not adventure! When people clearly know these, will they still want to stay in that kind of room? I didn't stay in that horrible, gloomy, and out-of-the-way place and booked another normal hotel.

The number of the house was not mentioned on the description. I called and no one answered. A half hour later the owner called back but i was already gone searching for an other place to stay. If you read the reaction of other people, i'm not the only one who had this problem. For me this is a lack of service. People shouldn't search for a place without a housenumber and wait (at night) more than half an hour for a call to know the number of a place that you booked. booking.com. if you want to earn money by renting a room, you also have a responsibility. Bookin.com should act against owners like that

The landlord is so kind. 100% recommend everyone this place. You can find every facilities there. Wonderful place to stay in!!!!

No bed cover also….mattress also not good .

it didn't really have a bed , it was a mattress ontop of woods , i would of like a refund back

i didn’t like anything there.

the location, the place was a mess., no keys to the rooms..which means no privacy, someone can just badge in on you.

Their is nothing for like. 100% un satisfied.

We wait for the service provider about 4 hours. And Very bad experience Toilet was not working properly. Heating system of room was not working. Bed sheets, blankets were not cleaned. And more over the titled of the provider is tricky one it say two person room available when you booked you for 2 while selected the option when you reached at the room provider demands 10% extra. Overall very bad experience😞
