Decent room, bed, pillows

The water leaked out of all 3 parts of the shower to faucet thing - and the AC was either freezing or hot - no middle ground nomatter where we set it. Also I’m not a fan of self checkin and it was almost impossible to get the lockbox open

Just direct To the point i like the Hotel.. so comfort the Room as expected..i like the design on the main entrance.. and the Area so convenient.. going To the mall(CenterPoint Mall/Philipino Night Market/Pasar besar Kota kinabalu) All taking only 5-10min walk .. if so lazy To walk cannot help it…

The price for this stay is more than reasonable given the well-equipped and spacious room you receive. The bathroom is particularly noteworthy for its size, which is impressive compared to the unit itself. Additionally, the self-check-in process is effortless and streamlined, eliminating any need to wait for staff. The location is also a standout feature, with a 7-11, dobi, and various restaurants just a stone's throw away from the property.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this stay a 7. While it offers some value, I wouldn't wholeheartedly recommend it to others due to some issues with the comfort of the room. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the condition of the walls left something to be desired, with noticeable tears and damage. Additionally, there was some dust/dirt on the bed, which was disappointing. While the stay wasn't terrible, it certainly could be improved to provide a more enjoyable experience. If these issues were addressed, it would be a much more attractive option for travellers looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

No stairs No bidet Hard parking.

This hotel is worth every penny, especially the staff. The staff is so friendly and very cooperative. The moment my booking is confirm, the staff directly chat me through whatsapp and also on the booking apps. She also assist me everytime I faced some problem, even early in the morning. Other than that, the room is clean and so comfortable. So far, this is the best experience I ever feel.
