staff is very good and helpful. like the look of the hotel. breakfast is ok. girl at reception is very helpful and beautiful. man on the reception is super professional and helpful handsome.

their beach very expensive. their pool is very tiny. bed was dirty with dust. window view was next building.

The room and the whole hotel was cute, the bed was comfy. The breakfast was good, especially the fruit corner. Our cleaning lady was the most kind person in whole island!

The pool in May was pretty cold, even though we have found the information on Booking that the water is warm. In the picture of the room was a picture of balcony, but however, our room didnt have it. Hotel is pet-friendly, which is great, but the sad thing is that pet hair was on the sheets, which bothered me.

-convenient location, right next to a bus stop -nice architecture, elegant decor, beautiful smell in the hotel -disponible, helpful staff -fresh croissants and coffee + some choice of yoghurt, fruit, sweet and salty breakfast -very tasty 4-course dinner, served on a romantic seaside terrace, 3 versions of menu to choose from (veg, meat, fish), seemed home made - the room was warm and quiet, daily cleaned all in all good price/quality ratio

-"thermal " pool was always cold and not well maintained. Too bad, it would've been great to soak in hot thermal water in cold days, even if it wasn't perfectly clean, but in cold water it was not appealing at all - not really recommended during late autumn - romantic seaside terrace in October was dark, extrememly cold and windy, fortunately the staff decided to move dinner to a warmer breakfast hall - the beach is on a rather shady side of cliff, not suitable for sunbathing in autumn even if you're from far north ;) -the room missed some hooks to put wet clothes after rain to dry - there was a large dryer, but on the uncovered terrace.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. Enzo the manager is an absolute delightful host! He set us up with an incredible room with a view of the ocean and surprised us with a bottle of Champagne!! He helped us rent a car, sent us to the most delicious restaurant (a local treasure) and fed us Grappa on our arrival. If we didn’t book our next hotel off of the island, we would stay here for weeks!!! Thank you Enzo and Terme Italia

I really can’t say 3 star hotel just great

The staff were brilliant and the room was way better than expected. I had a lovely big bed and a patio which I hadn't thought would accompany a single room.

Unfortunately, the shower in my bathroom was blocked and wouldn't drain which was a small inconvenience. However, that's not their fault. Also, the private beach was closed which I was really excited to use. I think it's probably because of Covid-19 so I understand the need to monitor hygiene etc. It would have been good to know before arrival. I still used the pool!

- in front of the bus station (X noise at night) - in front of the private beach (we did not visit, we only saw it during the dinner that was served there in the 'restaurant') - next to the supermarket (that is why they buy there everything for breakfast, don't they?) - nice Ischitian style (but it is the same in all hotels in Ischia) and good dinner and meals for vegetarians (but these is a standard in all hotels in Ischia) - we appreciate temperature measurements due Covid-19 - it smells nice in the hotel (herb cleaning agents? :-))

it was not our first visit in Ischia so we can compare and it is definitely not 4 stars hotel, it is more 2 to 3 stars hotel and the price per night reflects it as well (we made a booking one day in advance so we thought it is some extra cheap offer of good hotel; our mistake): - neglected surroudings and garden - paintings flaiked away - shody made - tiling etc. - Hotel Terme Italia - thermal water? - every day the same breakfast composed of food bought in the MD supermarket next door - not even a freash bread, just a supermarket toast bread; plastic glasses only - mold and insects in the bathroom - we got this message once we made the reservation: the dinner is served as lunch due Covid-19 and the private beach is paid and only accessible after reservation is made - so we called them and they said this message is not valid... so why did they send it? - light at the entrance to the room does not work - we asked about that and they told us it does not work in all rooms - it was not possible to close the door to the bathroom properly (told them to fix it) and also the door to the room were not easy to open - wi-fi - unstable connection, need to confirm connection every 24 hours - the city tax is not included (but Booking writes it is) - they told us they know about it - so why don't they try to solve this situation? - hot water in the shower is more like tepid - got woken-up by telephone at night that rang because of dead battery It is not enough to just exchange the towels every day. Somebody would have to care.
