Very closed to all places, and the bathroom is clean.

Bedsheet and room smells damped. Aircond take long time to cool down the room (i think around 2 hours). Since the hotel didnt give two access cards, the aircond couldnt be turned on at all times causing the room didnt dried up, leading to the damped smell from bathroom and towels.

Near the city. Ok for short stay

1. Strategic location which is exactly at the heart of KK city, which provides us with walkable restaurant e.g Pak haji restaurant for breakfast, souvenir shop, cafe, Malaysia memorial spot and so on. Hotel also near to Pasar Besar Kota Kinabalu (recommended to go during last day of your trip to buy Sabah's junkfoods, blue eyed anchovies, etc) and Filipina night market( nothing much here, maybe if you wanna buy bracelets, rings,etc, then you can pay a visit). 2. Spacious room for 2 people, neat, tidy, functional aircond and heat water.

1. No parking space for hotel's customer so high chance of you to park whenever vacant parking spot is available, be it behind the hotel, next building lot area, or few metres away from the hotel itself. So far, me lucky enough to get quite close to the hotel lor.. 2. Shower room and toilet seems appropriate because there's only one mirrored sliding door to close the two. What if i need to poop and close door, but then my friend also take shower and need to close door? So difficult ler. The glass partition also too poop friendly. I can see my roommate pooping through the glass. ☺️.

The location was near the airport and convinience stores. Thats all the plus is.

The room was too small, not as the pic advertised. The sheets were not clean and had stains. Overall not as per advertised. Dissapointing.

Tiada sediakan minerel. Tisu cuma dlm tandas tiada dlm bilik. Toiletries langsung tiada kecuali sabun pump dlm bilik mandi.. Should sedia kan, memandangkan hotel sdh cantik betul and bersih…
