Отлично местоположение - близо до плажа. Поддържа се отлична чистота - всеки ден се чисти апартамента. Общите части също. Страхотен морски изглед от балкона. Бях резервирала суит, а ни настаниха в апартамент с всекидневна с кухня и спалня на същата цена. Мястото е отлично за почивка.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach, on a small elevation right next to it and has a nice view. The apartment was spacious and mostly clean. Convenient parking was available at a small fee. The pool was great.

The apartment build quality was somewhat low - bathroom fittings were loose, one of the toilets leaked on the floor when used, the tub was installed oddly with gaps between it and the walls in which water leaked. Canals in bathrooms had an unpleasant smell. There's also an unfinished and unused building right next to the pool area towards the sea view. Although it's not dilapidated and in a fairly good condition, it's still an eye sore. The path to the beach goes around it and is somewhat unkempt.

The view was excellent and the apartment was very clean and spacious. Overall great value for the price.

We visited in May so the restaurant and pool were not open yet.

Lovely hotel, location is spot on ,very close to the beach.The view from our room 56 was panoramic just stunning. We had equipped kitchen.The reception staff was so helpful and welcoming.Diana was amazing, Julia and Kiko as well. They are doing their job with pleasure and you can feel that from first sight. The facilities was good such as game room, kids play room and a playground, green surroundings and wonderful views from the hotel terraces. We had dinner at the restaurant which was tasty and the service was good. Our stay was perfect and we left the hotel with smile on our faces. Highly recommended!

Apartment size, balcony view, underground parking, friendly staff, decent food in restaurant.

Beach is relatively close but located several tiers lower than the hotel - going back is a climb.

Very close to Botamyata beach. They have a big pool and they also serve breakfast. Also big parking place but only if you pay 10 leva/day. The breakfast options are simple but ok for a morning start. Clean and big room. So, normal conditions.

The fact that if they have a pool they don' t serve beverages, because the restaurant is not open during the mid day.
