The location is close to the water.  The journey to San Marco was straightforward and easy.  The balcony was a great place to relax outside.  The rooms were good size and the washroom was big enough.

No suitable hand cream, conditioner, or shampoo. My wife's birthday fell on that day, so I told the hotel to make it extra special for us.  They charged me 25 euro without my authorization for wine and strawberries. I disputed since we don't drink alcohol.

Nice typical 2-3 star hotel. Basic breakfast but room very nice, bed and I guess newly modern refurbished. Very nice room no complaints. With water taxi pass it's 15 min ride to st mark's square. Also nice views on the waterways

Location was fantastic, 10mins walk to beach, plenty of local bars and restaurants and only 10mins on the water bus to St Marks Square. We were there for a week and spent 50% of our time on the island and 50% of our time in the city. We had a room on the top floor, with a side view of the lagoon directly towards St Marks. Room was modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

Breakfast was a bit limited but still OK and enough for what we needed, but honestly the hotel was excellent overall.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - you can see the hotel from the Lido water bus terminal which made getting into the centre of Venice so quick and easy and it's a 20 min walk to the free beach on the Lido if you want a day on the beach. I'd read some other reviews about there being a mix of older and more modern rooms - not sure if this is still the case but the room we got was beautiful. The beds were exceptionally comfy, there was air conditioning, electronic shutters to keep the sun off the windows and a good amount of wardrobe space. There was a great continental breakfast with a variety of different croissants, cereals, bread, cheese, meat, yoghurt and fruit juices and a fruit salad. Would 100% recommend this hotel if you're looking for somewhere to stay outside of the main island of Venice - we will definitely be returning.

the hotel had a good location and a good aircondition but that was about everything that was nice with the hotel..

- VERY hard bed - very much noise in the room. you could hear everything from the room next door and above and you could even hear the sound of knifes and forks in the restaurant and talking from the lobby aswell. - only ONE working power outlet in the room and one in the bathroom. and the one working in the room kept falling out of the wall… - the room said it should have seaside view but it was basicly just a view to the bus and boat station and a road in front.. - the hairdryer was very bad - no fridge in the room, no coffe machine, no welcoming water - very expensive room considering what you get.. - not a good breakfast.. only thing you got was ham, cheese, some jams and pre heated baguettes and croissants.. the juice was basicly water with taste.. - we tried to talk about the issues with the room but the people in the hotel lobby understood little english and did not want to help at all. (the cleaning staff seemed nice tough) ps: maybe (a big maybe) the deluxe rooms is nice, but then they would also have a more sound proof door than our room had.

Lovely location with view of the lagoon; the staff were very helpful and friendly. So convenient for wandering around the Lido and travelling by vaporetti.

We loved the location, the cleanliness, the flexibility with checkin /checkout and the helpfulness of the staff.

The room had only a half block out curtain so the sun was intrusive early.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Directly opposite to the ferry and bus stops. Easy to commute to other places. Hotel room was nice and clean. Looked like recently renovated. The breakfast was okay. Internet facility was good. There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby the hotel. Distance to the lido beach is also not that far. We were provided an extra bed for our son.

The room furniture was not built keeping in mind the suitability for kids. It had sharp edges all over in the room and bathroom. My 4 year old son got a bruise on his back from the furniture of the bathroom vanity. The lift didn’t stopped at the same level where our room was, we had to climb few steps for the room.

Location is amazing, in front of the Lido water buses (vaporetto), super convenient. I' Venice in less than 10 minutes while being cheaper and quieter than the main area. Very modern and clean, rooms are big enough.

Breakfast is the bare minimum I would expect. Decent selection of continental breakfast but could have more. Soundproofing from the street was great but not from the hallway (lift your damn suitcase in the stairs folks!)

Lovely room bed very comfortable room just redone . Staff all very nice and helpful. Location excellent beside the water taxi to venice. Beside nice restaurants and shops 10 minutes walk to beach lots of little cafe shops around.

Maybe just 1 English speaking channel on the TV.
