great restaurant and big rooms

all good but some staff members were without masks

Room well appointed and bed very comfortable.

Room service would be a good option when staying with a dog who didn't enjoy being left alone.

Interesting place for antique Oppidum and geography

The outside dining area was nice. Our server Tiffany was fantastic and was very professional.

It was not clean and needs updating. The carpet in our room was very old and dirty. The trash bin in the bathroom was disgusting. The kitchen staff were not wearing hairnets or gloves touching their hair then food and plates and goofing around in the kitchen. The bartender used his hands to put ice in my glass. During these times I expected more. We have been traveling extensively and everywhere else has been taking precautions. The food was mediocre. I had the seared tuna for lunch and had to return it because I couldn’t cut it it. For dinner I had the tenderloin asked for it rare and it was close to well done and cold. The soufflé was not as good as the reviews state. I think the chef was off that day. The inside dining room was infested by flies. We stayed there because of all the good reviews but did not have a good experience.

Huge suite with double jacuzzi bath and king size bed - excellent value for money. Liked having a mini bar and kettle in the room too. Unusual in France. Dinner superb with delightful staff. Breakfast (included in room rate) was typical and good quality.

Wifi signal not powerful enough to reach the top floor. Room could have been cleaner with some very old dust in places. Some staff were laying tables, presumably for lunch, without masks.

A Lovely old building, tastefully decorated and the host and hostess were informative and helpful. Dinner was expensive but excellent and the location, on the banks of the canal du midi were perfect for walks with the dog.

Nothing to dislike

The room was amazing and the most comfortable bed, the bath and shower where huge, big tv. The restaurant evening meal was amazing. Overall a very nice nice
