Locals quite noisy within complex, pool very cold

Firstly it was no problem to the rep who I believe also to be the cleaner that we were delayed arriving. Check in was confusing as the rep hadn’t been informed that I had paid in full prior to arrival so wanted the balance and couldn’t check with the office as it was out of hours so I had to prove I had paid ?? Communication was not brilliant from start to finish. The location is really good. Not in the middle of all the amenities but not too far out and a taxi is only a few euro if you have shopping. The apartments is really nice even if it needed a proper clean.

They arrived 3 days later. Not one toilet roll. No coffee maker. Incidentally if you have mobility issues, this apartment is not without steps there a five steps to get to the terrace? The WiFi is rubbish. If you have a Firestick you need to turn WiFi off on all other devices. It gives just 2mb. This is a residential complex with not many holiday lets and there was No sun loungers clean enough to lie on. Neighbours very loud. Dogs barking. The pictures show the cleanliness when we arrived. I unfortunately left my sat nav in the apartment but the cleaner was good enough to post it out to me but it did take 3 weeks, my security deposit on the other hand took a month to be returned.

The apartment was lovely very clean had everything you would need would highly recommended if definitely book again.
