En la habitación habían fumado, el aire acondicionado se paraba cada hora y tenías que ir apretando el botón de encendido, cuando salías de la habitación y tenías algún dispositivo cargando se desconectaba la corriente general, uno de los días sólo nos hicieron una de las camas y nos tiraron la ropa por encima de la que no estaba hecha, vamos que no lo aconsejo por nada!

The room is not soundproof, making noises from outside and the air conditioner very loud. Earplugs are provided by the hotel for guests…that’s why!! The carpet is dirty.

War zuerst wegen manchen Bewertungen zu der Sauberkeit etwas skeptisch. Jedoch haben wir alle das Zimmer als sehr sauber empfunden. Badezimmer auch sehr sauber, Betten & Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gemacht. Die Lage war perfekt, man ist zu allen wichtigen Zielen innerhalb maximal 40 Minuten Autofahrtzeit gekommen. Wir haben uns in der Hotelgegend sicher gefühlt. Wieder wie in den anderen Hotels auch, konnte man gefiltertes Wasser am Gang trinken.

Der Check-In war sehr kompliziert, mir wäre es lieber gewesen vor Ort einzuchecken und nicht über ein komisches Online Check-In Verfahren, das auch zuerst nicht möglich war, ohne US amerikanische Festnetznummer, musste dafür kurz mein Festnetz einschalten, bei dem Gebühren anfallen könnten von meinem inländischen Festnetzbetreiber. Die Stockbetten waren für meine großen Freunde zu kurz von der Länge.

Alles sauber, gut organisiert, Empfang & Security im Eingangsbereich, Garage kostenlos oder kostenlose Parkplätze um die Ecke (Schilder beachten). Billardtisch.

Die Gänge sollten ab und zu gelüftet werden.

Terrible customer service. AC stopped working at 11:30 pm. Customer service is only available through chat. They take a lot of time to respond. Then they say they will arrange for someone to come tomorrow because no one is available right now. Then they say they can arrange for a fan. Then they say they can move to another room. When I wanted a new room, they tried to send someone to fix the AC. This is 30 mins into the conversation. They were not ready to do that in the first place. Wasting my time and sleep. Then they say another room is not available even though they said they can move me. Then I ask them to move me to one of their partner hotels. Then suddenly there is room availability, probably because they realized that would cost them more. Terrible customer service. If you want to negotiate so much at midnight, at least have the decency to give the customer a call. At 1:30 am I got their new room. Absolutely unprofessional.

The place in general is very good, the location is great and the staff was very helpful and friendly! We felt very safe by having security guards all day long in the building. With a plus about the free and private parking and a unique self-code to access the building and the room.

Unfortunately, we had some bad experiences during our stay: 1. On the first night there were 2 roaches in our bathroom. 2. One night we had a blackout in our room while I was taking a shower, but it was resolved quickly. 3. In one of the days the cleaning person didn't close our door completed and that day we stayed out for almost 12 hours so it was very disappointed to arrive and find our door opened with all our stuff there - fortunately nothing happened to it.

Locatie is top vlakbij Santa Monica Pier (met de auto of Uber/lyft) en vlakbij andere bezienswaardigheden in LA. De parkeergarage is lastiger te vinden de eerste keer. Zie foto voor een advies. First comes First beleid. Check in is automatisch check de instructies goed vantevoren.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização. Perto de um Starbucks e iHop para café da manhã. Do lado de um ponto de ônibus que leva para os principais pontos da cidade. Quarto extremamente limpo, cama muito confortável. Você faz tudo pelo celular, check-In, check-out, fala com equipe, chave do quarto, enfim, extremamente útil. Recomendo muito se hospedar no Found.

Die Lage war super und die Parkmöglichkeiten waren entscheidend.

Good location, parking included, good shower and big screen at room. Staff was friendly, there was a billar downstairs to play a game and relax. Close by car to Santa Monica Pier and Beverly Hills.

The rooms are not so good isolated, we were hearing someone walking above us during the night. Clean of the room is not included, it has an additional fee of $40. There wasn’t any vending machine to buy some drinks or food, although there is a comercial area for n front of the hotel.

Clean and efficient.

The price was too high given the size of the room and the location.
