Excellent location overlooking a very busy nightlife street, but the room was very well insulated from street noise and quite comfortable.

Oddly, after checking in and giving credit card information, they wanted a $30 US cash deposit for the room. I only had $25 in US currency and they accepted the lesser amount. This deposit was returned at check out, but I travel reasonably frequently and have never experienced this. I just found it a bit strange and something to be aware of before arriving.

When I checking in the room was ok. I went out then back to the room in the evening.The room was very smelly, I let the hotel know that the room was smell,they went up the room spray air freshener the smell still there.

October 27 - 29, 2022 room 802 Easy check-in. The hotel wanted to bill me in US$, but not being American it would mean 2 conversions - kips to US$ and US$ to my currency, i said no. Also they requested a 500 000 kips cash deposit , no credit card. The room is very clean and very bright having large windows on 2 sides. The hotel is new, and is  located steps away from the river-side market and a short walk from the other. On the bed there was a letter addressed to me, a nice gesture. Bed very comfy. In the shower,  water pressure too low and temperature inconsistent.  the hot!-cold mixing system does not function well,it keeps switching between cold and very hot, we asked for someone to fix it. But no one came. Breakfast, a small combination of western and Lao food, all served cold. There is a made-to-order egg station. On the first morning the orange juice and the braised duck were excellent. Second morning fried rice, sauteed ground pork, and dumplings all pretty good. Third morning excellent curry and exceptional 3-fruit pastries  Coffee could be better, a bit too weak. A special thank you to the friendly , helpful and smiling Breakfast personnel for an great job making guests feel welcome. WIFI At first you have to enter WiFi login info and password over and over again. Fast problem-free Check-out. Overall a good but not great stay. N B. Email communication needs to be improved. Twice i contacted the SureStay to obtain information about a major local situation, not related to the hotel , but I never got a reply. A simple (sorry but we cannot help) note would had been appreciated.

The property is great! It was everything I expected it.

Everything was good but the uneven/wet sidewalk leading up to the hotel seems a bit dangerous walking on.

Location is the only plus, but may be at higher floors because in the 4 floor you can still heared noise. The rooftop bar is also good to see the sunset but you can go without being a guest...

The staff is really slow, their English very limited. More than 20 min for check in and check out each! They asked you $15 for the hotel key card but you are allowed only to have one key... Really inconvenient because without the key you don't have A/C or electricity and if your partner wanted to go out, you can not go to bed... Then even if I specifically requested that I need to leave early the maid to check the room was not available... The rooms very basic and the internet very slow. Never again...

The staff was professional,friendly and helpful. It is a good place to relax in. Able to walk to many attractions and a number of really good restaurants are nearby. Recommend will and have stay here more than once. Breakfast was fine, the staff very helpful.

The location, the street and the outside look of the hotel

The English spoken level of the employees keeping us from any communication. The receptionist wasn't able to actually communicate at all - and i mean at all - and wanted to keep us waiting before checking in that we finalize everything while she actually couldn't explain us what to do, nor use the payment terminal ... though she was the nicest, and wanted to do good, the simple fact that she was left all alone for welcoming guests while she was barely starting her job, without any supervision, is clearly weird for a hotel of that standard. The breakfast, level of service, and quality of the facilities is super basic, and not acceptable for such an expensive hotel in Vientiane.
