Het is een net hotel, goed functionerende badkamer en erg vriendelijk personeel. Leuke plek om een paar nachten te blijven, zeker voor de goede prijs.
Het zwembad is erg klein en het water lijkt erg troebel. De afstand tot het centrum is ca. 20 minuten lopen, in de omgeving van het hotel is verder weinig.

Simple but tasteful breakfast.
The "pool" is too small (like 2x3 m) and didn't look very clean.
Room properties had theirs best days behind.
Surprisingly the room price was much better in dollars + 3% credit card fee than in KIPs (big difference).

Sehr hellhörig, ist aber so in Asien. Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Benützung des Minipools ist aufgrund der Verschmutzung nicht zu empfehlen.

O hotel está bem localizado, há poucos passos da avenida beira rio, com muitas opções de bares e restaurante. A equipe do hotel se esforça bastante para te atender bem. Café da manhã muito bom. Chuveiro com pressão. Camas e travesseiros bons. Quarto como nas fotos.
Ficamos em um quarto (número 111) ao lado da cozinha e de frente para a recepção, área de café da manhã e escadarias. é muito barulhento. É possível escutar qualquer coisa deste quarto. Não acho que este espaço deveria ser usado como quarto para acomodar hóspedes.
A limpeza do quarto poderia melhorar: quando chegamos, tinha uma toalha de rosto suja e usada pendurada atrás da porta do banheiro e o papel higiênico não havia sido reposto. São pequenos detalhes que demonstram descuido ao preparar o quarto para o novo hóspede. Também, não havia sabão para lavar as mãos na pia do banheiro, o lixeiro do banheiro estava quebrado e a água do chuveiro é quente apenas no início do banho, a água vai esfriando aos poucos.

Het ontbijt was in orde: keus uit verschillende versies van ei-bereidingen, getoast brood en altijd een paar stukjes vers fruit.
Kamer en douche-ruimte keurig schoon en goede bedden.
Met name de staf was zeer toeschietelijk en heeft ons veelvuldig geholpen met het aanvragen van vervoer, dus alle lof!
De airco op de 2e verdieping werkte bij ons tweede bezoek niet voldoende. Er werd naar gekeken om het te verbeteren maar dat had geen succes.

Great little boutique hotel with very friendly staff. It is close to the river and restaurants at night and about a 10 minute walk to the Night Market. Pool was a nice small size for the kids to have a swim in. Family room was compact and had enough room for our family of 5 (3 kids under 12 years).
Can be a bit far from centre of Vientiane for some, as not within walking distance with children. Also there were no lifts, so can be a bit harder if you have a lot of luggage.

Good air conditioning. Good water pressure and temperature in shower. Reasonably comfortable beds. Decent decor. Polite staff.
Threadbare towels. Very stained sheets. Water leaking through ceiling of room (but in fairness they moved us promptly to another room). Laundry covered in lint/tissue paper. Breakfast mostly western, not the best and limited choice. Pool tiny and right by road. Further away from town than we expected.

The staff were amazing and so helpful.
The location excellent, so close to airport, night market and good restaurants.
Also handy to probably the only medical centre in Laos where you can get an HRIG vaccine, just incase youre unlucky enough to be bitten by a bat like me.
The family room (sleeps 4) was brilliant with an excellent configuration.

Amazing and very helpful staff. Siang was a friendly and kind host and he helped us with getting train tickets to Vang Vieng.
The swimming pool didn’t look very clean, so we didn’t dare to take a swim.

Great location. Excellent small pool to cool down it was fantastic. Clean Hotel and good breakfast provided. Easy walking distance to shops restaurants and night market area. Stall all very helpful and easy to book train, mini van, taxi services etc

The hotel is quite new and the staff was very nice. The location is a 20 min walk from the center. The bed is quite confortable
The bathroom smell a bit and we found two bugs on the floor. They offered us transportation to the airport considerably more expensive than in drive.
The breakfast was okey

Great value for money and close to everything! The pool is also amazing at night after a long day exploring the beautiful city. The staff are always friendly and ready to assist!

A perfect overnight stay before heading to the airport. Nice , clean and modern hotel. Staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Including booking our airport taxi. Breakfast was included and was very nice as well!

Nice and simple hotel. Room was spacious enough, with a nice view of the Mekong (and Thailand on the other side). Bed was.comfy, swimming pool was very much appreciated after a day in the heat. Renting electric motorbikes to explore was a great plus. And above all, the staff was very kind and helpful.
Breakfast fair but not great. We were in a room linked to another through a double door and could hear pretty much everything from our neighbor's room. And they were very loud until very late ... This type of connection should be better sound proofed.

The staff were really friendly and helpful..the location was perfect. The room was a great size and very clean and comfortable. There is also a pool. I would highly recommend this hotel.
The room has a kettle but no tea or coffee. It would be nice to have this available in the room.

The staff is very nice, I asked them to connect my xbox, and they did. They always tried to make our stay more comfortable which is a huge plus to them. Also they printed the docs I needed for the Thai visa, which is great.
