Attitude from the welcome Welcoming was fine but ruined it after i taled her about how long we will stay. She insalted us in her comment

Michelle was an amazing hostess. We enjoyed the cottage which was furnished with all the necessities. The bed was so comfortable and the linen of a good quality. It was also a nice touch to provide us with milk for the first night. Coffee and tea was provided. We appreciate the recommendations made by Michelle.

A lovely, spacious studio apartment with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Michelle was very efficient and friendly and gave us helpful advice and recommendations. The location is brilliant for amazing views and a safe neighbourhood.

There is no heating at the property, however we were kindly provided with hot water bottles to keep us warm. One of Michelle’s dogs was barking at around 7am which woke us up earlier than we would have liked. Also to note that the address on booking.com is incorrect and will take you to the wrong place. It was loadshedding when we work up at 5am and the shower was cold. Host should look into single gas heating for the airbnb section of the house

Everyone kept to them selves and we like that, but the owner was just a shout away, everything was perfect for us, would recommend to stay there.

Great little apartment with everything you need for a short stay, at an unbeatable price! Wifi worked well, bed was comfortable, clean bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The location is good too, but as just about everywhere in South Africa, you will need a car to get around.

The host Michelle was amazing friendly and very helpfull. We had family for visit and Michelle was so kind that my family could stay over at no extra cost. So grateful. Just love the flat. The bed is sooo comfortable i had a great sleep. We had our privacy and enjoy the stay. I will definitely go again and again.

Great value for money. Our host was exceptional, warm and friendly. The cottage was cosy and comfortable and situated close to all the spots we wanted to visit. One of the most comfortable beds we've had in all of our travels. Our holiday was so great there we didn't want to leave. Definitely going back.

Cannot fault the place as we've had some bad experiences at other accommodation.

We had an amazing stay! Michelle and Christopher are very friendly and helpful. The self-catering cottage is very well equipped (kitchen, TV, Netflix etc), comfortable and spacious. We liked it so much we stayed one night more. If you have a car and you're looking for a great place to stop on the coast, we definitely recommend it. Quality/price is great and the location is perfect to visit the surroundings.

Brilliant location for Knysna. Property had gorgeous decor and was absolutely spotless, equipped with everything you could need. Safe, quiet neighbourhood and parking space for the car. Michelle was lovely and could not have been more welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We would definitely recommend anyone visiting Knysna to stay here!

Could've been slightly cleaner, such as fresh towels and clean bedding. Should consider adding a microwave to the cottage. Other than that, it was GOOD!
