Excellent location , free parking outside the property, a short stroll into Barmouth centre ,the apartment was spotless and comfortable

Would have preferred a heavier duvet for the time of year however there was sufficient large fleecy blankets to compensate

The location was excellent. The space in the apartment was great. The TV was fab as were sofas and lovely views. We enjoyed surfing, mountain biking and walking nearby as well as a boat trip, lovely food and lots of relaxation time.

Hallway and stairs were cluttered and needed more regular cleaning. Broken banister rail needed fixing. Fridge needed to be defrosted and cleaned well. But the owners were made aware and were keen to get it all dealt with as soon as possible. Also, the bunk bed mattress was quite uncomfortable but the double bed was great with an extra mattress topper.

Dirty tissues under the sofa. The shower blew up while I was in it. filled the apartment with smoke. couldn’t get any one out until the next day. The electrician informed us how lucky we were and how unsafe the electrics were in this property. The irons wire was taped together. I complained when I got home. didn’t even get an apology.

The location was brilliant, close to all the facilities of town and just a walk over a quiet road and through the dunes to the beach. The kids (age 2&4) loved the beach, the little fair, the arcade and the bouncy castle on the beach. The views out of the windows were fabulous and while the windows are small the mirrors make them look bigger and the rooms feel light. The apartment is comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The decor is a little tired in parts but perfectly pleasant and as expected for price which is very reasonable. We saw reviews about the stairs but they didn’t bother us too much, yes there are lots but it was fine if you have no accessibility requirements. The stairs inside the apartment aren’t steep so were ok for the kids. Good shower snd comfy beds too.

Always a bug bear when staying away but the curtains are so light we would have loved black out blind / curtains in the bedrooms. Also a fan to use in summer would really help, the sea breezes weren’t really happening so the (not so) helpful advice in the folder to open the windows wasn’t really working! Wifi was little to none existent and the tv reception poor. Yes we were on holiday but being stuck in at night with young kids it goes up the priority list!

We liked the loccation of the property, across the road from the beach and a short walk into town. The property was self catering, which suited us. We did eat out a few times most notably at; The Dolphin (where you could eat in or take out) and on our last night we dined at; The captains Table, a local restaurant with a Spanish chef🇪🇸. However it does get busy, my daughter had to arrange our reservation 2 days in advance. However the food was worth it☺️👍

The only thing we weren't too keen on was the stairs, as we were on the top floor😓. We did find it hard going getting our luggage up the stairs initially! But the views were worth it😊.

Lots of special touches eg tea, coffee, foil, cling film, cleaning products. Whole apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious and beautifully furnished. Ideally located for all the amenities in Barmouth.

Location was great. Property clean and a decent size. Had all the things you need for a home from home. I'm sure we will stop again. Thanks

Stairs to the property are plentiful. Would not be as suitable if you had trouble walking, carrying luggage etc. Not a problem for us though.

Everything apart of things I've mentioned above. Rooms was clean, bathroom was clean, kitchen was clean. Owner even left some tea and coffee and even some sweets for guests, so we're really appreciate that and if we'll have opportunity we'll book it again!

Well as apartment as itself is alright, but I would say it's not really friendly for small kids, and you need to keep an eye on them all the time if you don't want to fall them down from stairs. Another thing I didn't like was scaffolding on the front of the building. And getting rid of garbage was pain in the, so we've take them back home with us.

The view was great even though it was a small window. But the mirrors made it look larger. The location was excellent. A short walk into the town or supermarkets.
