Riktigt bra boende och riktigt välskött av ägaren. Han såg till att fanns tillgängligt som jag behövde. Hela boendet är uppbyggt på att allt är gemensamt. Boendet hade tre våningar med kök på bottenvåningen och utanför poolområdet. Det var riktigt bra organiserat i det gemensamma utrymmet. Det fanns allt jag behövde för laga mat dvs allt från kastruller, kryddor, oljor och även gratis ägg fanns tillgängligt. Poolområdet var också välskött, visst var poolen liten men behaglig plus det fanns utemöbler för en skön kväll. Andra våningen hade sällskapsrum med TV och olika spel som gick att använda. Mycket bra. Tredje våningen hade tvättmaskin och torktumlare plus det fanns gratis tvättmedel och sköljmedel att använda. Därutöver fanns det en uteplats med soffa och bord samt stolar att använda. Till och med det gick att spela lite basket. Det ska också sägas att luftkonditionering var riktigt behaglig men jag var tvungen att stänga av den när jag lämnade boendet. Bra med miljö tänket från ägaren.

Inte mycket negativt, det var dock en liten toalett men det gjorde inte så mycket. Väldigt ren och välskött. Dock var boendet lite avsides men god planering kan man ta sig till de bästa platserna i Tel Aviv

We attendent a concert in Ha Yarkon Psrk. The property was about 20 minutes easy walk, safe neighbourhood even on walk back. Room had al necessities plenti of outside space. Confortable bed. Everything we needed. Did not use TV so no idea if good or not.

Was not an issue for us, but there are some narrow outdoors stairs, would be difficult to manage with cases or for people not 100% mobile.

The wifi was pretty bad at first but then the owner told me to restart the router, so I did, and then it was better.

Clean, functional and well located. Definitely a good choice.

A neat little villa with a pool, a good location, great option for a short business trip with a one-night stay. I mistakenly booked the date the day before my arrival, but the host Arik was the absolute champion and gave me a room on the day I actually needed it. Thanks again!

Very nice and helpful owner. Arik helped us to organise a taxi from the airport with a baby seat - thanks a lot! He also made sure everything was fine for us while our stay. The apartment is small but has everything you need.

The location isn't optimal, it's pretty far away from the city center. We mostly took a taxi with the baby and it costs around 20-25 USD. The upside is that is very quite :)

the place is very pleasant and I had a wonderful rest there
