The only thing is the location is close to Busan station

They had central heated the whole hotel & there is no way we can control the temperature. Both rooms that I had booked felt like oven & were told to open our rooms window. We had to request for 2 fans . It was so hot that we were unable to sleep. Had I know , I would not book this hotel.

Central location close to train and metro. Good city view from our room. Hotel staff were very helpful. Good breakfast.

Surrounding area not ideal for dining but we chose for transport access.

Very clean and next to Busan Station, and try their best to fulfile my requirements. Staffs are very helpful and polite too.

Unfortunately the pool was not accessable, and the roof top bar was closed due to the rain.

The view from our room (19th floor) was amazing. They gave us access to the room before check-in time as it was already available and this was greatly appreciated.

We could hear the neighbours guests from our room.

Long queue at check-in counter which was clearly understaffed. Not all USB ports work in our room. Shower room is not properly sealed so water is on the floor

Everything was amazing, near to Busan station, fully equipped rooms, cleanliness... Perfect!

is very easy to reach from KTX and MRT station. Room is very comfortable and really clean.

Great location, just a few minutes from KTX, metro and bus station. Room is small but not too tight. Very good view on the high floor. Super-convenient with 2 SevenEleven nearby. Starbuck on the ground floor.

Although it locates closely to KTX and metro, very distance from the other parts of city and attractions. Taking metro almost an hour to Haeundae Beach. Chinatown is a bit subdue to Yokohama and Bangkok. But it is very close to the fish market where I do not recommend where things are overpaid. Gijang market or snow crab market is a bit better but too far from the city. However, the new light train can lead you there within an hour from the hotel.

Location was excellent. Room layout well done to fit 3 adults.

Room had visible dust in areas. Booked for 3 adults but drinking water, coffee cups were insufficient. Front desk obliged right away though. Wifi was a challenge and not intuitive.
