Elegante apartamento para 4 personas ubicado entre una de las calles más comerciales e ilustres de Málaga, la Calle Marqués de Larios, y la Catedral.
Con sus altos techos y sus tradicionales ventanales andaluces con balcón, hacia su izquierda podrá disfrutar de unas increíbles vistas a la catedral, y de la mencionada Calle Larios a su derecha. No se puede pedir una mejor ubicación para este amplio apartamento que combina diseño y modernidad en un mismo espacio.
El dormitorio dispone de una cómoda cama doble, armarios, TV, sillón y un estante para maletas que le harán sentir como en una lujosa suite de hotel.
Junto al dormitorio, encontrará un gran cuarto de baño con bañera y ducha.
Una cocina muy bien equipada con modernos electrodomésticos y utensilios harán que su estancia sea lo más cómoda posible.

Fabulous location. Lovely place. Kitchen did not have an oven which is worth noting if you’re wanting to cook. The bedroom is nice and quiet but it is next to the stairs so can be noisy and lights flicking on and off at times can be bothersome. Saying that, we would stay again. Lovely view to the cathedral and nice balconies too.

Newly renovated apartment with Ikea kitchen and sppliances. Very quiet building with renovated public areas within. WiFi signal is limited just to the living room, a repeater or mesh would be nice so it can reach the bedroom. The place is managed by Solaga who also runs two other apartments in the building.

Matchedexceeded expectations. Great location, wouldn’t choose anywhere else. Easy checkin. Great side view from balcony to cathedral. Light and airy despite narrow street face. Secure apartment. Modern internals to a classic building. Well provisioned. Clean. Very good hot water / shower. Some street noise - but you are in the hub so to be expected. Bedroom to rear and comfortable bed. Only small niggle was wifi signal dropped off in bedroom. Wouldn’t think twice about rebooking - totally suitable.

Very comfortable apart in a great location - easily accessible to everything. Very quiet for sleeping even though it was very centrally located. Kitchen could have been a bit better equipped. It assumes you’re eating your meals out. Also a few extra towels would have been nice but we managed nicely.

The location is amazing. The flat is tastefully decorated, and it’s very comfortable. Comes with really good wifi as well, and that was great because I was working during the day. Everything was very comfortable, and central AC was great too.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. Clean, well maintained, with everything which is needed for comfortable stay. Location is perfect, in the city center, but yet quiet, since it is non-trafic area. check in-out went smoothly. We can highly recommend this apartment.

Por sacar faltas, seguramente en pleno verano sea ideal, pero en invierno es muy oscuro, ya que las pocas ventanas del salon dan a una calle muy estrecha. No se consigue la oscuridad total en el dormitorio por una ventana que da al patio de entrada. Poco menaje de cocina.

This in the pearl of Malaga city. Location in on the heart of old town. "Noisy" side (living room) gives you (and gave us) possibility to feel and see the beat of the city (in nice way - not too noisy). Bedroom was on the silent side, really silent and nice. Really enough space for your clothes an other things. Well equipped kitchen with all necessary accessories and dish washer + washing machine too. Check-in and -out was perfect - personally done by human person with some extra tips where to eat, where to go. Just perfect, just book this, go and feel yourself

The apartment is nicely furnished and in an excellent location with easy access to points in the Historic Center and beyond. Easy to get to the port on foot and enjoy a fabulous lunch on the water. Carlos was good to work with and helped secure a car to take us to the airport for an early morning flight. Excellent space for a couple. No complaints and would stay again.

The apartment was incredible nice, done with a lot of taste and being sure you would have all you need on your stay. The location also could not be better, you are in the middle of everything. But the best was our host Carlos, that personally made the check in , he was wondefull, help us with all the right recomendations in town and gave us a full tour on how to operate everything in the appartment. Any time we are in Malaga we will try to book this place. Thank you Carlos!

Séjour très agréable, appartement grand et confortable, idéalement situé. La chambre a l’arrière est très tranquille, on est isolé du bruit de la rue. Près de tous les sites historiques, restaurants, boutiques et à 15 minutes à pied de la plage. Petite rue tranquille, sauf à l’heure du repas de soir. On n’a alors qu’à fermer les fenêtres. Nous le recommandons.

It is beautifully decorated, very spacious and in a perfect location smack bang in the middle of the city, only an arms reach away from everything. It’s a 15 minute walk through a stunning a park to the beach/harbour. The harbour has plenty of options for food and cocktails. The host was most helpful, very informative as-well as providing us with plenty recommendations on local amenities and restaurants. Even though you’re staying near the main shopping district in Malaga, there is absolutely no outdoor noise to be heard in the bedroom. Couldn’t fault it if we tried, an absolutely 5-Star experience!

This apartment is beautiful, open, airy, and clean. Its location is amazing! The kitchen is well appointed and we cooked one night but quite honestly the location is so fantastic that we could pick up amazing food out in the neighborhood at any hour! At the same time the little side street on which the apartment is located is very quiet and private!

This place is in a great location. The apartment is big and has so much to offer. It’s nice to walk out and you are close to the beachold town.

We stayed at the apartment for the vacation, for more than a week. It is lovely: situated right in the center of Malaga, with amazing view from the living room on the cathedral, stylish design and everything you might need while staying. The market is 5-7 min away, the Malagueta beach is some 15 min away, but walking through Malaga’s amazing park. Definitely very much recommended!
