Gianni’s house is a beautiful apartment with everything you need for a great holiday. Our hosts Andrea and Elena were fantastic, answering all our questions before our arrival, and super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The decor is beach themed and so close to the beach- you can see the sea from the balcony. Just a short walk to the beach or the half time bar with swimming pool. The beds are very comfortable with lots of storage space and very good air conditioning in every room. Lovely bathroom with a powerful shower. Everything you need in the kitchen, including a washing machine and dishwasher. We loved everything about this place and would highly recommend it. we even got a lovely parting gift from the hosts. We would definitely book Gianni’s house if we return to Kos!

There are steps up to the apartment door which were not a problem for our family at all, but may be a consideration for anyone with mobility problems.

The house is brand new and very close to everything. You just 5 min. to reach the beach, tavernas , market . It is incredible because at night you sleep with the sound of the waves . Wonderful sunset view from the balcony
