Manager helpful. Restaurant downstairs clean good food. Room was clean but black mold around sink but manager cleaned immediately.

Black mold around bathroom sink but the cleaned it immediately. Young woman at reservations desk needs to know how to help tourists with transportation and such. The manager was very helpful though. Location out window is a nasty looking construction company. Large cranes and rusty old equipment.

This place advertises as an entire holiday home with a balcony, a terrace, a garden, a mountain view and a lake view. In actual fact it is an ordinary hotel room. There is no balcony. You can't even open the windows for fresh air. There is no terrace. There is no garden. There is no mountain view. There is no lake view.

Located a 5 min drive away from the city centre, the ppt is a standalone building halfway towards Temburong National Park. The staff Mr Rajon was responsive/ helpful and the room was spacious. There was even a gym bike in the room.

Pre-stay, my booking details were leaked to a 3rd party who tried to redirect me onto another payment gateway. When queried, CBL simply stated they are looking into it. There were no breakfast and the neighbourhood dogs were relentless in their barking through the night.

The best part was the excellent Thai restaurant that is attached to the hotel. The food was truly excellent.

Its location is out of the city in a residential area. Also, the immediate area has a bunch of large but dilapidated houses.

The room was clean and has a large space. They also provided a cycle for exercising inside the room which is a bonus. The tv is working and the wifi is provided.

The room is near the road, so the sound of car at night is apparent. Maybe not a place for people who is sensitive to sound. The lobby entrance is at the back, it will be better if they provided sign boards where the entrance is.
