The location of the facility was great. Acess to the beach was great. The pool was very nice. The staff at the Calyspo were great and friendly.

The shower curtain was molded in the master bathroom. The floor baseboards were dirty and dusty. The toilet seat lid in the master bathroom was dirty. It was difficult getting in touch with someone about the leak from the hot water heater. Once we did, they fixed it. The parking pass was an issue. I never saw the email about the parking pass. When I tried to contact someone about it, I could not get anyone to answer my questions. The phone number on the window of the condo took me to a rental agent who could not answer me. I was finally able to find the answers myself. There needs to be a contact person directly associated with the condo I am staying in. I also left my hair straightener and have no clue how to contact anyone to see if I can get it back.

This property was walking distance to a lot of stuff to see and do.

It sleeps 6 but only one parking pass is allowed for the garage. That’s ridiculous

The location is excellent. It is about a 10 minute walk to Pier Park which has plenty of shops, activities and restaurants. An added perk is that there is a restaurant on site as well as a tiki bar and small marketplace (with ice cream, Starbucks, and gifts). The beach service staff members were friendly and let you pick you own chair location.

The actual unit(#1417) that we stayed in needs work. Various trim pieces throughout the unit were severely damaged and two of the ceiling fans/lights in two of the bedrooms didn't work at all. There were drywall patches on the wall that were left unpainted.

Location was excellent! We have stayed at Calypso many times.

There was miscommunication with instructions - told us to get entry information from Sterling properties - when we arrived they told us no-to return to Calypso-then was told to use the entry provided to us.
