Great spot for friends to gather. Highly recommend

This was a spacious house for our family to enjoy our vacation in. It is in a good neighborhood close to many of the attractions we planned to visit.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was very cozy. The beds were super comfy. There was plenty of street parking. The storm that took out the deck was unfortunate, so we ended up on the front stoop when sitting outside. Music in the park was a bonus and very close. We would definitely stay at this location again. Thanks for the hospitality!

I cannot imagine a better location than this one if you plan to sightsee in St. Louis! We went to all the spots - Grant’s Farm, Busch Stadium, the Zoo, Union Station and the Arch, and not a single drive longer than 15 minutes! The house was exactly what we needed for our large family - plenty of room for all of us, and perfect for family gatherings. It was well stocked with all the essentials so all we had to worry about was our groceries for the weekend. Our host communicated so clearly before, during and after our stay - definitely exceeded my expectations! The neighborhood was as cute as could be. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. I would definitely book this property again.

I thought that a wide-angle lens must have been used to take the photos, but it wasn't - the home is exceptionally spacious and extremely quiet. Moreover, the owner was very responsive. We reached out with some needs on our first morning and got an immediate response - an Amazon package arrived in the afternoon with the dish towels we'd requested!

The house fit all of our families needs as a place to spread out over a long weekend in the area. The location was perfect for trips back and forth to the downtown attractions. The king beds in all of the bedrooms were super comfortable. The crib came in very handy for our toddler. The management company was very helpful and great to work with. We would definitely stay again if our travel plans bring us to the St. Louis area.

Everyone was very impressed with the size and cleanliness of the property. It is a great place for a large family. It had all the amenities needed for a weekend stay. The host was very quick to reply to any questions prior and during our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

This is my 2nd time staying at this location. We ran into a few issues, but the host was very responsive and took care of the issues as best as they could. Me and my family definitely enjoyed our stay and already planning to book next year.

this property is not as new and nice as it is in the pictures. but it is big and that was the most important thing for us this time.

PROS: The house is nice and big and the 4 bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and glasses for a large group and the dining room accommodates a large group. A few essential items were missing but they ordered stuff and we got them within a day or so. It is a nice location within walking distance of Tower Grove park and surrounding neighborhood. Communication about issues was quick and responsive. CONS: Unfortunately the house smells badly of smoke. The hosts told us a previous guest had smoked (against the rules). They provided us with an air purifier but the home still smelled badly of cigarette smoke for our entire 5 night stay. This was by far the biggest issue for our entire group. The house could use a deep cleaning. They are working to fix a problem with the upstairs carpet (large folds of carpet in a couple rooms). There are three toilets and each had one roll of toilet paper (not sure they were even new). So, when each bathroom finished up the only roll, there was none stocked in the house. That is a very immediate problem that a responsive host cannot solve.

I’m so glad this property was available for the dates we needed. As soon as I saw it I knew it would be a great place to stay. Everything was exactly as described, the house and the neighborhood are great and we are so grateful to the owners for allowing us to stay. Communication was great, even got a check in halfway through to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. Definitely a place I would recommend or stay again.

My family of seven stayed for an event in STL. Home was perfect for all of us.

Beautiful house, lots of open space, great location. Perfect for families. Only a few issues, the coffee pot had mold growing in it, the master bedroom fan needs to be stabilized, the TV in the 1st floor bedroom doesn't really work and the 1st floor bathroom was missing a light switch cover. These were all minor issues, we would definitely stay at this house again.

The location of this property is perfect as you can get to all of the attractions easily and quickly. The layout of the house worked well for 6 adults. Not having a shower on the first floor was a bummer for the individual staying in the main level bedroom but we figured it out. And the condition of the carpet throughout the upstairs was not good. We kept our shoes on most of the time. Overall, a nice place that needs carpet updated to feel more hygenic. The owner was super response which was much appreciated!

First off, the property management company was very professional and our host, Josh, very responsive. The owner of the house, however, needs to invest some money into flooring, paint touch-up and an overall deep clean. This is a large house with 4 bedrooms and that's what we needed. But the first impression really failed when we walked up the outside steps to the front door where the stairs were covered in sticks, leaves, and trash. That kind of set the tone for our stay. Wherever their was carpet (stairs, all of the 2nd floor plus the downstairs bedroom), it was matted, stained , and in need of replacement. Two of the bathrooms and the kitchen had old linoleum, and every baseboard was dirty with most corners of the each room dirty with cobwebs and dead insects. The kitchen was decent but the stovetop had grease on it from a previous guest. Don't look forward to using the back outside deck. It's dilapidated with old wood benches and no comfortable patio furniture. A huge wasp nest under the deck kept us from going out there anyway. It's not a pretty backyard...all overgrown with nothing but weeds and trees that have never been trimmed. So in retrospect, I wish I would have booked two nice hotel rooms for my family. With all of the fees and the rent, this VRBO came to $717.50 per night or a total of $1435.00 for two days. This is very expensive for the quality of the property. So, all I can really say now is that I would never rent this house again .

We are frequent VRBO renters, and this property management company was probably the best experience I’ve ever had. We had a problem with the coffee maker and they delivered a brand new one within the hour. Got locked out at one point - had a response and was back in the house in less than 5 minutes. And best of all, since no one was checking in the day we left, they let us extend checkout until 4pm AT NO CHARGE. This is totally unheard of and above and beyond any expectations. As we have young children, it was extremely helpful to stay through the afternoon and get the kids a nap before our long evening flight home. Thank you, Abodebucks! House itself is in need of updating, carpet in particular was pretty bad, but everything was clean and worked well enough for a few days’ stay. House is spacious, crib and high chairs a huge plus, and beds were super comfy. Living and dining room seating not so much. There are no photos in the listing, but the back patio (which includes a good size Ikea outdoor dining table) and small backyard were totally serviceable. Note the garage closes but does not lock. A/C worked just fine - crucial as it was 100 degrees most days during our visit. Good location, safe neighborhood, just a short walk to the beautiful Tower Grove Park and South Grand restaurants and shops. Close to I-44, only 10 min to downtown. The Shaved Duck on the corner nearby was great, too!

Stayed here with family for my daughter's wedding reception in TGP. House was spacious, clean, beautiful. Beds were very comfortable and each room had a king bed. I have no suggestions for improvement. Would stay here again definitely!

Felt like you were in the heart of a great neighborhood. Within walking distance of Tower Grove Park. Felt safe. And the best thing is the surprisingly amazing restaurant just kiddie korner from the house. Wish we had discovered it sooner. Don’t miss dinner at The Shaved Duck. Be hungry!

The house was very nice but could have used a few updates (balcony closed off, back porch and yard could have been much nicer and inviting and it could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly (cobwebs). We also did not have the use of the dishwasher throughout our entire stay which was inconvenient but they had promptly came and tried to fix the issue when we advised them and then brought back a dish drainer with apologies because they were unable to get a service technician out immediately. We would still recommend this house and enjoyed our stay, it was the perfect location.

It was a good location , quiet neighborhood

there were 10 of our family there - there was basically a separate space for each "set" /after 5 showers in a row - there was still hot water! Easy to get to the different attractions that we went to from the house. The owners of the house were very prompt and helpful when I had a question!! Had a great time in St Louis for our quick trip!!

This space is so cute and convenient! We really liked how the little kids could nap and go to bed upstairs while the adults played games and watched movies downstairs. Would stay here again.

The house is very well appointed and we were wanting for nothing! Nice central location, we joked that we were 12 minutes from everywhere we wanted to be.
