When I checked in, they told me that I had booked my room on a third-party app, so they could not accommodate my room request. If I had called them directly, apparently they would have.

The signature scent that you all have pumping in the lobby should be on display when you walk in because I would buy BOTTLES of that stuff. The rooms were clean and spacious and the rainfall shower was to die for. My absolute favorite part was the staff. Our second night we sat at the bar and had phenomenal conversations with Deja (Hope I spelled that right) and Vaughn (hope I spelled that right too.) They truly made the night spectacular for us and Deja even made me my first espresso martini which was phenomenal. From this location you are so close to amazing food and shopping options. Most things were about 15 minutes away from the hotel. 10/10 would recommend.

The breakfast buffet looked pretty weak, but I'm not a breakfast person anyways so it didn't bother me too much.

Rooftop bar had very little drinks. No daiquiris or margaritas. What we did get to drink was so much alcohol it tasted like a pure shot.

A little confusing on how to check in, there are two Marriott hotels back to back and we went to the wrong building but they were very helpful and directed us to the right place to check in

I was forced to use my personal card instead of the card that was on file. I used the 3rd party booking.com to do the reservation and that was not honored

Everything was top-notch and very comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful in finding a suitable restaurant for us.

the location was great. close to uptown and a beautiful mark for shopping. The rooftop was beautiful as well.

Broken toilet seat but maintenance did come fix right seat after reported. Requested room service daily. received fresh towels and bed made up but top cover didn’t looked replaced or floor cleaned. however if I were to return I would book again for a lower price.
