Stayed here twice because good location, nice rooms, great breakfast and good WiFi

Breakfast

The dining area and most rooms are very pleasant. Staff are friendly.

The showers need an upgrade. The mattresses are uncomfortable.

The location is perfect, the staff very friendly, the breakfast great and very nice rooms and compound. Our family enjoyed it a lot and can really recommend it!

The breakfast was good. We liked having a small fridge in our rooms and the airconditioning was welcome as the weather had turned very chilly. It is generally a well-run place.

The wifi wasn't working for the first half of our stay, but it was eventually fixed. The staff were okay but not super friendly.

Second time staying at Uzuri. Fantastic place with the best staff!

The breakfast is very nice, I do suggest having bacon some mornings and not always the same meats. The location is very close to the Marua Mall so quite central, that is very good

I was very happy with everything at Uzuri, The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and very cozy. The parking is safe and the breakfast could be a bit of a variety.

The location is excellent, and it is easy to move around.

the room only had one small window, so there wasnt a lot of natural lighting and was rather a dark/deem room, but that is probably merely my preference and outside that, the stay was pleasant.

Clean and hygenic

General staff were friendly and tried hard. Clean,neat with lovely garden.

We felt unwelcome - We had just driven 500km and were tired and thirsty- the lady who met us was unfriendly and impatient and wanted payment immediately. My wife asked if we could get a few drinks but was told that the staff had gone home. We booked a Family room that had a joining door to the next room ? so we were kept awake by the neighbors as we could hear everything. I sent a message a few days prior to arrival asking if we could extend our departure time (was happy to pay) as our flight was later in the day, however this was only answered after our departure. With a result we paid for 2 nights and stayed 1. I have travelled extensively in Africa as a guide and it takes nothing to be friendly and welcoming - for our last night in Namibia it was disappointing. Maybe was just an off day !

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.

The complex is lovely - quite rustic and jungly. My room was fairly basic, but very large and comfortable. I love that all rooms in Windhoek come with fridges. Breakfast was simply amazing. A buffet spread, with a lady cooking up eggs too. Andy's pub is a couple of minutes' walk away. Maerua shopping mall just a few mins away too.

Some guests may find the lighting levels in the bedrooms a little low.
