Zentrale Lage. City mit ÖPNV sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen.

Ausstattung für Kurztripp sehr gut. Alles bestens. Holzfussböden knarren. Insgesamt hellhörig. Aber für Altbau nichts aussergewöhnliches.

Die Lage ist perfekt, sowohl im Viertel kann man gut einkaufen, aber auch mit der Tram ist man recht zügig in der Altstadt. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt, der Vermieter reagiert schnell auf Anfragen.Die Wohnung liegt zwar nach Vorne zur Straße raus, aber das Schlafzimmer ist ruhig zum Hinterhof gelegen. Wenn wir in Bremen sind, werden wir die Wohnung erneut anmieten, sofern frei.

The apartment was super clean and spacious. I made a mistake about the check out times and the host was understanding which was good!

The creaky floorboards and being able to hear people through the floors. I went and asked the neighbour if he could be mindful about his late night calls and he was totally sweet about it and kept the noises down.

Property exactly as described. I used the balcony in morning and evening - quiet both times. Did a little cooking with supplied utensils. Other reviewers mentioned noise- floor WAS very creaky but neighbors in Nov 2022 were not. Slept well. Apt was exceptionally clean. Another reviewer mentioned that the bed linens smelled- I agree they had a perfume/cleaning smell to them.

I couldn't watch TV or make coffee during my stay but I didn't bother to contact host about it to fix it. Not a deal breaker for me. If those things are important to you, check them when you arrive to see if they work. Neighborhood is fine. Cheap, fast food in abundance but I went into the city center for most meals.

Very spacious and clean. The location is good and easy to access public transportation.

Just for people who are sensitive to noise - The building itself is a bit old, walls and floors are rather thin, so you can easily hear the noise from the neighbors downstairs if they walk, talk or listen to music. But it’s not constant or too disturbing. If you need a completely silent environment to sleep, remember to bring earplugs.
