What a find, for a very last-minute weekend break 😊 The studio accommodation was very comfortable and the decor and furnishings were of a high quality, showing that a lot of thought has gone into it. Debbie was a lovely host who provided plentiful continental breakfast items in our room. She gave us some salad items from her Nursery to bring home, which were absolutely delicious. The RSPB Pagham Harbour was 350 yards down the road and we spent a glorious half-day walking one of the trails.

Three Oaks Nursery was perfect for our two night stay. The room and bathroom was very clean and our bed was very comfortable. We were well equipped with an excellent range of breakfast facilities and foods and there were lots of options for hot drinks etc. We were able to control the temperature of the room to our likeness and the shower had good heat and force. The accommodation is in a lovely quiet location and we particularly enjoyed watching a good range of birds visiting the well stocked feeders just outside the main window (also RSPB Pagham Harbour is only a minute away). The owner was very helpful with directions and was unobtrusive throughout our stay.

Immaculately presented, warm and comfortable. Generous selection of continental breakfast options in the room. A perfect place to get away from the hustle & bussle, and so near to Chichester.

A beautiful, peaceful oasis. Comfortable and well equipped with lovely grounds and constant birdsong during the day and a very kind host. Just what I needed for a couple of days of complete rest and tranquility.

A beautiful, peaceful place to relax. Large, warm, comfortable room with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Good selection for breakfast. Close to Selsey and RSPB Pagham Harbour. Debbie even left us some fresh veg to take home!

beautifully presented, little personal touches absolutely tranquil, comfortable and made to feel welcome. definitely are planning to return.

The room was very clean and charming, with lovely freshly cut flower arrangements. Breakfast facilities were provided in the room, and the (silent) fridge was stocked with milk, juice and water. We stepped straight out into a quiet and secluded garden with table and chairs, and the general grounds provided a lovely and peaceful setting. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Absolute beautiful scenery and very peaceful. Everything was perfect inside and out. Had all the breakfast facilities you could think of. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay down south. Will definitely rebook again for next year.

we loved our stay, this is a real find, spotless and comfortable. Hosts are really nice and friendly very helpful, they’ve thought of everything you may need and provided it. amazing place so peaceful with beautiful surroundings, we didn’t want to leave and definitely will be returning, wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again.
