Everything was wonderful. Top to bottom!

I only stayed a couple of nights but there were so many extra touches and the host was lovely. I loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the river and seeing the parade of monkeys.

the friendliest and most uncomplicated hosts of my whole costa rica trip. clean, new apartment with plenty of space and a welcome gift. don’t forget to feed the monkeys that come to visit you on your balcony in the morning. thanks again for everything. i would come back anytime.

i liked everything. during the day it can be a bit noisy from the street, but i was out all day anyway - and in the evening the traffic calms down and it’s completely quiet.

Friendly host, clean and comfortable. Close enough to several restaurants and the store to walk around and enjoy Santa Elena.

The hosts were so friendly and really helpful! Also there was already something small to eat and drink when we arrived, which made us feel very welcome. The house was clean and comfy and the location couldn't have been better!

The couple were so friendly and left us some lovely gifts in our room such as rain ponchos, a bag for the shop and some sweets. The place was so clean and they also provided some bits to cook like oil, butter, salt and pepper. Also coffee and bananas for the morning! the place was super clean and we felt super safe and comfortable.

very nice and comfortable apartment with a great view on trees full of birds ! the location is central, close to lots of restaurants and shops. Rosi was a great host who even washed clothes for us. we highly recommend !

Apartment was in spotless condition! It was comfortable and airy. The back deck overlooking the trees was our favorite place to sit and watch birds and wildlife. Special things like coffee, juice, eggs and fruit were provided by the friendly hosts. Location was near shopping and felt very safe. Tours picked up right at the door. Hosts were very helpful in arranging things for us as we don’t speak Spanish, including getting us a taxi at 5am so we could get our bags to the bus station.

Water could have been hotter in the shower

This apartment is magnificent. It's perfectly positioned within the town, but at the same time nicely away from all the noise. It has enormous windows and a great balcony - all are facing away from the road looking at a lush green forest-like area. From the windows and balcony it was possible to see different birds, animals and exotic plants. The apartment is very clean and had everything I needed and even more! The owners even provided thoughtful gifts, like breakfast for the next morning, rain poncho, and a shopping bag, that were very useful. It has fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a HOT (!) shower, tv, and most importantly, solid gate that gets locked whenever the owners are not around. The key lock to the apartment door is also very good. Even alone I felt very safe. Oscar and Rosy are very nice, responsive and helpful. All my questions were answered on moment's notice. Highly recommended.

This was the second time I have stayed here and it won't be the last It is in a great location, has everything you need, is extremely secure and the hosts are amazing

The host was helpful and went above and beyond to answer our questions, make us feel at home and provide extras like a bag to carry groceries, making phone calls for us, and luggage storage outside of our reservation times.

Everything you needed was there and it was all new. A very tastefully presented condo.

It was very clean, the cleanest place I have been in CR without exaggeration. It had everything and more what you need for comfortable living and I loved that I could see only trees, birds and monkeys from my balcony.

since it was quite cold outside, it got a bit chilly in the apartment without heating

We got such a warm welcome. We found everything in the Appartement what we could need. Also tea coffee eggs jam butter etc. In the beautiful bathroom a first aid bag too. And a bag for shopping in the supermarket, also two raincoats. Rose Marie was very helpful. In the morning a Group of monkeys visited us. The house is excellent located. We like to come back any time.

Wonderful apartment, very modern and practical, I did not miss anything. The balcony is amazing, looking out into the forest with monkeys and birds at a few meters distance. And the hosts are great!

Sleeping early was a bit difficult because of the noise of the traffic. The house is located close to 2 main roads. But the noise stops around 10 or 11pm.

Everything, great hosts, great location, comfortable and safe, it feels like home, oh just with monkeys watching you eat breakfast through the window, what more could you want?
