TV not working or no signal. So very board. All four of us were stuck in the two rooms.

Super friendly staff. They prepared for take out breakfast even early in the morning at 5am. Heating was also provided when we asked.

Location is challenging as it is on the uphill and requires 15min climbing walk if you walk from the city center. Tuktuk is not easily available either due to the poor location.

- ‘S nachts regelmatig wakker geworden door geluiden van binnen en buiten hotel (pratende mensen, dichtslaande deuren, iemand die om 1.00 aanbelt, blaffende hond) - de accommodatie is erg vochtig binnen. Hierdoor zijn ook overal schimmels op de muren. Ons zoontje van 3 lijkt daar nu last van te hebben. - miscommunicatie door gebrekkig Engels waardoor we ‘s ochtends niet met juiste vervoer door konden naar onze volgende accomodatie

Lovely Stay at the hotel. The Staff are very helpful, didnt get his name but was always smiling and trying to look after us, gave us extra tea also! Nice location, around 15 minutes walk to the centre up a steep hill!

Unfortunately the room did smell mouldy.

Reserve your breakfast in advance. When we checked in it was already too late for next day breakfast. Little bit dirty shower, but when we complained, they gave us new room.

The hotel is very nice, one of the best I stayed over my whole trip in Sri Lanka. It is located uphill but it’s a nice walk. The owner even provided with a heating as it got a bit chilly in the night.

Excellent staff, friendly, polite and helpful. Great views from the balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff provided a portable heater, but the duvets were warm enough.

Something to bear in mind is that you'll need to walk uphill for about 15 min. or a take a tuk-tuk to reach the guesthouse from the town center. There was a little bit of mildew in the bathroom, tho this wasn't much of an issue.

The location was excellent.The staff were freindly.Had a pleasant stay over all.

The rooms were extremely clean, the receptionist was extremely helpful and understanding. It's the best oyo hotel I've stayed in so far.

The lane to delphin is very narrow and made of gravel which can get muddy. You'll need a good driver to get there.

Highly recommend! The best place to stay if you are planning to visit Nuwaraeliya. We stayed for 2 days with family. The room was in pristine condition, spacious and the bed was super comfy. Bathroom was brand new and the hot water showers were the best. The view from the room & roof top terrace was excellent. Owner and the staff were extremely helpful friendly, responsible. Specially, the support given by the owner Mr. Dep is excellent. Tasty and healthy food were ordered and served for dinner & breakfast as per our preferences.

Perfectly clean! There is hot water in the room! The room is very cozy! We are not frozen. If anyone is cold, ask for a heater. This is 100% the best place in town after the Grand Hotel !!! 😊

Absolutely the most warming welcome from Deepusha. The owner and staff treated us like family. The room was clean and comfortable. Regret staying for a too short time.

Great place for a stay in Nuwara Eliya, we got a free room upgrade with beautiful view due to the place being more quiet due to the corona pandemic. Nice owners and very helpful. We were able to order some good takeaway food through the hotel on one of the nights we decided to stay in the room.
