There was no amenities for showering (gel and shampoo) and the Company didn't replied to our message in Booking - we needed to buy our own. The flat is in the 3rd floor with no escalator - this is inconvenient specially if you have luggage. The building itself is also a bit shady, felt a bit unsafe. Check in being apart from the flat made it inconvenient as well - while is a little walk you need to carry everything with you back and forth..

In the middle of old town next to a chilled, medieval square with a cafe, a restaurant and ice cream parlour. staff was kindly and helpful.

there was mold in the shower cubicle, the shower tap was broken and leaky. Some walls on the stairwell were moldy too. At the entrance of the building was a heap of rubbish! in the morning we couldn’t sleep in because we couldn’t close or even open the windows properly, the balcony door was damaged and Alonso impossible to open and close, the blinds were broken too, the window roller fly screens in both rooms were broken. the high buzzing sounds of the mosquitos all night long, the church bells in the morning the seagulls yelling, the refrigerator in the kitchen next to the sofa bed and people on the street talking loudly or even screaming during the night left us speech- and sleepless. kitchen: hardly no kitchen items such as kitchen towels, bottle opener, not enough cutlery (particularly spoons) and just three chairs at the dinner table or bar, although we’ve booked for four.

Well equipped room in a central location. Staff were very friendly and allowed us an earlier check-in. Breakfast is served in a nearby cafe.

Room is located on the third floor without a lift. No issue for us but it might be difficult for travellers with big luggage.

The agency adriatic explorer could have been a bit more welcoming. They seem a bit rushed when we asked directions or guidance. Also, keep in mind that the appartment is at the 3rd floor, with no elevator

The stairs,which didn't cause us any problems whatsoever, could be an issue if you have any mobility issues

The lady at the reception office was very helpful and accommodating. She walked us to the apartment and helped us with the luggage. They offered us the apartment a few hours before the expected check in time. The kitchen facilities were good

-Place looks better and more spacious on pics than in reality -while the location is very central , it’s situated in a backyard of a restaurant which felt like an old social housing block. It was on the 3rd floor with no lift. Even though the block looked shabby and not clean it was well lit from the outside and safe -while they were kind and let us check in earlier the place didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned and we found a tooth brush and a female underwear under the sofa. The bed sheets also didn’t feel completely cleaned. We were offered to have it cleaned again when I messaged them but didn’t see much point since we were only staying a few nights. - we paid Euro 90 per night for a one bed apartment on room Basis only i.e no breakfast and feel didn’t really get a good value for what I paid

Location very central and easy to find. We were able to leave our luggage with Adriaticxplorer who were very helpful while we explored the city before leaving for Split.

The entrance to the apartment building was very dark and could be scary for people travelling alone. Otherwise perfect.

The location was pretty amazing - right in the heart of the old town! I also liked the fact that the host accommodated our request for vegan breakfast option, even though it wasn't possible.in the first place - I appreciate it a lot! As for the room, it was quite spacious and had AC, which was amazing after long day in the sun.

I feel that for the money spent on the place, we could have received a little more... For example, we ran out of toiletries (shampoo etc) and as the place has no cleaning in between the visit, we had to go ourselves to the reception (another building, ca. 3 min away walking) to ask for it. In addition, the place is not equipped with iron. Although we got it when asked for it, we had to get it ourselves again.

Due to central location, there is some early morning and late night noise. However this is expected when you are in the centre of town.
