It was the perfect size and layout for our group. House number is very hard to see in dark and parking is challenging for our 3 car group. Overall great experience!

Great house for a family, the playroom was a big hit with my three kids. Lots of room to spread out and many different sleeping options. Great location to the amenities we were taking advantage of in the city.

Wonderful property in a great location. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Nice comfy beds. Stayed there with my family of 9 and we were all VERY comfortable! My 3 year old granddaughter loved the toy kitchen!! Would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed this beautiful home. Lots of space. Kids enjoyed the 3rd floor play room. Loved that there was a crib, changing station and highchair. The huge dining table was perfect for our group. Kitchen was stocked well. House was beautiful with lots of charm. Lots of space in backyard too. Convenient to everything! Loved it!

This was a great location for our family to stay for a wedding and various events around St Louis. Spacious, clean, plenty of linens and a well-equipped kitchen, plus both indoor and outdoor play space for a little person!

We have been a long standing Vrbo customer. This was by far our worst experience. It was also our firsts experience using a third party” property manager”. On arrival I had to call a 5pm to see why cleaning person still there, I watched her leave at 5:02. It is said there is two parking spots in front and two I garage, it was not stated first come first serve! That got my blood pressure elevated right away until I asked neighbor rules of the block. It seems as if they should be blocked off if you say there are two otherwise change verbiage. Five hours after arrival we pulled a chair out to sit at the island in kitchen. “White power” with glassy looking chips in it was on the bar chair, it was after ten pm and other guests were arriving so I did not call cops, I have pictures for proof. We then cleaned all surfaces and became anxious of the arrival of infants and toddlers, re washed all sheets as one room had hair in them.again pictures! The master bed sounds like a wooden bridge if you move your toe, and for the amount $$$ nightly you might think beds would have mattress pads. The bathrooms and extra fans were a plus. As well as ice maker. Cabinets were full of crumbs and underneath coach needs a good cleaning. It is very spacious. Fire the cleaning group! Oh also all extra sheets were wadded up in laundry room on top of the shelving to the right in laundry room. I did like they had laundry soap and cleaning supplies sure needed after the discovery! Great property for a large get together

Great house for our crew of four adults and 5 kids under 6. The playroom on the 3rd floor was a hit with the little ones, and the house had plenty of space. It would have been nice to be able to check in before 5pm - the delta between checkout and checkin (10am vs 5pm) seems very large. But it’s a great, large spot in a nice neighborhood Nd we’d stay again.

This house was a great gathering place for family who were in town for our son's wedding. Beds were comfortable and there was enough space for everyone. The house does need a good overall deep cleaning and organizing of cabinets, especially in the kitchen. Not sure if dishwasher works - dishes did not seem to get clean. It was great to have the garage to park my car since there isn't much available street parking. Neighbors were friendly, as well.

A lovely old house with modern updates that don't interfere with the classic charm. The house was an excellent retreat during a stormy St Louis weekend of family celebrations. The host is very gracious and responsive. We'll be back at the next opportunity.

Everything was wonderful!!!

The house is beautiful. It worked perfect for 16 adult women ranging in age from 20-81. The backyard space is wonderful on a warm sunny day! The location is great. The management company was helpful, very prompt in their communication and accommodating for our needs. We would highly recommend this property.

Honestly I wish we had a reason to stay longer. The location was ideal for a group of out of town soccer families to call “home” for the weekend. The house is beautiful and there has been a lot of care and attention given to making a guests stay comfortable. Our point of contact was prompt to respond and gave us fool proof instructions. The home was incredibly clean and comfortable with space for everyone. We had four families with kids of varied ages, and the older kids loved the feel and privacy of the third floor “apartment.” The adults loved the huge dining room table to sit and chat into the late hours. I would recommend this beautifully restored home to anyone looking for a classy place to stay.

The house is more beautiful than the pictures. We loved our stay there. The property management company was very personable and helpful. Any questions I had were met with a quick response. I would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful house for a large group. Owners were quick to respond when we had a question. Parking is somewhat limited but nice to have a locking two car garage!

My group of 14 had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this property! The pictures appear as lovely as the house is. It was clean, smelled nice, had extra amenities like soaps, cleaning rags, laundry soap etc. The host was quick to respond with all of our questions and very helpful every step of the way!

We had a great few days. I lived in St. Louis growing up so I was a little worried about the neighborhood. Once we checked in we felt very safe and the area seems to be gentrified since my time in St. Louis. The space worked really well with our large group - 8 adults and 4 kids three and under. The location was nice - seemed 10-15 minutes to most of the spots we were visiting- the ballpark/arch/zoo - also lots of restaurants - close to the Italian section- “The Hill”. We had a door knob problem and they came and fixed it right away. The only recommendation I would have would be to update some of the kitchen pans and maybe do a little more dusting before guests arrive - kitchen lights were pretty dusty - I just cleaned them myself. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

This house was perfect for out two family stay for a weekend wedding. Enjoyed the sites of St. Louis and the wedding venues were all a convenient drive. Property management was immediately responsive when we were short of towels. Would reccomend highly and would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this home. From the cleanliness of the home, to the amenities in the bathrooms, we couldn’t be happier. The owner was incredibly responsive at all times and provided recommendations, and answered all questions. The location is wonderful. We felt incredibly safe and it’s incredibly close to the museums, arch, zoo, and a relatively short drive to even get to six flags. Would absolutely stay here again!

We visited St.Louis with our family which included grandparents, adults, and two toddlers. The home was perfect. It was equipped with everything we needed for our week long stay. If we ever visit St. Louis again, we’d like to stay here again!

Family travelled from several states for our daughters wedding in downtown STL. My husband and I rented this home to share with my sister and her family and his brother and their family. The home was very clean, well equipped for all our needs. This house is so spacious and very comfortable. It is absolutely beautiful! We had little children in the home and they had everything we needed without having to bring added items!! It was located within 10 minutes of the church and the reception venue. We loved this home and made some very great memories! The management department were great to work with and prompt in responding!

Wonderfully decorated, beautiful, old, historic neighborhood. Lots of spacious rooms with everything you could ever need. Clean and comfortable. The entry code information was a bit confusing, since there isn't a side door, only a back and front door. And the garage code had an extra digit added in the email we received. But we figured it out since my husband has been a garage door man for over 40 years. We absolutely LOVED this home. Thank you so much!

The house was large and clean, and the neighborhood quiet. It was an older home, interesting and elegant. With three stories you need to be prepared to climb, but with teenagers the privacy of the third floor for them was great. There were also toys, a crib, and swingset for the 2-year-old!
