Sehr freundliches Team, tolle Lage, schönes, sehr sauberes Zimmer mit hochwertigen Details. Besonders schönes Bad und hochwertige Pflegeprodukte. Wir waren zwei Nächte hier. Das Frühstücksangebot haben wir nicht genutzt aber der Kaffee ist sehr gut. Die Dachterrasse bietet keinen Ausblick, ist aber schön sonnig und in der Früh erstaunlich ruhig. HiT liegt perfekt für einen City Trip. Dass auf der Terrasse am Wochenende mit lauter Musik gefeiert wird, wurde uns direkt beim CheckIn gesagt. Gestört hat es uns überhaupt nicht, vor allem, da ab 23 Uhr davon nichts mehr zu hören war. Wer eine solch zentral gelgene Unterkunft bucht, sollte sich ja ohnehin auf eine städtische Geräuschkulisse einstellen.

In unserem Zimmer gab es keinen "richtigen" Kleiderschrank, nur eine Kleiderstange mit Bügeln. Fächer für gelegte Kleidung wären gut gewesen.

A great location, right in the heart of the city. Short distances, easy to walk to all the sights in the area. The room is spacious, modern, very clean. . The bed is made and water, coffee, tea are replenished daily. Event the music. Even the music in the bathroom was great

There is not much storage space either in the room or in the bathroom. The light is a bit weak

Personal atento, localización inmejorable, habitación súper amplia. Muy recomendable.

Das Zimmer samt unserer restlichen Sachen wurde ausgeräumt und ENTSORGT, obwohl wir noch nicht ausgecheckt hatten. Außerdem kein Toilettendeckel, kein Duschvorhang… das bad steht unter Wasser sobald man duscht.

Great location right near Marienplatz. Front desk was friendly as got us checked in early after an early arriving flight in Munich. Comfortable bed.

Someone opened our door at 10:30pm while we were trying to sleep!

Die Unterkunft war so wie beschrieben. Sehr gute Lage sehr freundliches Personal und schönes sauberes Zimmer. Immer wieder gerne.

Nichts

The location of Haus Im Tal was perfect. 5 minute walk to Marienplatz, 3 minutes to Isator (S-Bahn or U-bahn). Walking distance to so many restaurants, pubs, shopping, beer halls etc. The hotel was a little quirky in that the reception is located on the 5th floor at the bar. The good thing it was so relaxed and friendly and we were greeted with a beer :) The two lifts are a little small but three of us could fit in with 1 bag each. The 5th floor bar is great (was a little noisy on Sat Night), and the turn down service with a delivery of Negroni was a treat. Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was a problem for them. Daily housekeeping was brilliant. Would stay here again.

Only small issues but when we arrived the room had not been set up for three of us. There was no bedding for the fold out bed. No towels and no bottle opener. Minor issues which were rectified immediately and did not detract from our stay, just a little attention to detail was missing on check in. The TV was on the wall facing the bed, not within view of the sofa / lounge area which was odd.
