The apartment was great, very very beautiful and clean, with everything needed: Well equipped kitchen, a lot of space, sofa, TV with Netflix, table. It was a very comfortable stay for 4 people! Also, there's a very dark "spot" nearby (about 1.5 Km) where you may check the northern lights!!! But the best was the Host! He's a very kind person, helped us a lot by giving us tips about Iceland, places to visit and tips for travelling (about weather, roads and so). The stay included a Car which was in very good shape and very powerful (specially considering there was a lot of snow around), so it was great for us and helped us a lot, because we wanted to visit one of the Glacier and usually renting a car may be expensive. We're definitely looking forward to a new visit in summer!

There's nothing I can say that I didn't like. Everything went perfect!

Our hosts were amazing, going above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of. Our trip would not have been the same without them! Apartment is warm and comfortable, with everything you need to cook. Location is ideal for Northern Lights in Reykjavik (2min from 2 different viewing spots). We saw them from our apartment and being so close, every time there was a strong forecast coming to view them in 30min (from phone app forecasts) we were able to get out there fast! location is also 15 by bus to downtown (#11), and 10 walk/5min bus to groceries. In 20 years never seen such great location, value, and hosts all in one! Thank you!

With a little work, the yard could be a great place .... when not raining ;-D

We loved this apartment. The flat is super clean, and spacious, even for us with two kids, with a well-equipped kitchen, a washer, and smart TV with NETFLIX. The location is in a very nice neighbourhood. It is about 5 Km from Reykjavik centre. But Siggi offers his car to go to the city and come back. The bus station is just next to the flat too. The car is a bit old but Siggi trusts and beliefs in his car. I used Siggi´s car to drive to Blue Lagoon and Fagradalsfjall Volcano. But I did not use it for the golden circle and black beach. I did not want to take any risks on long-distance tours. Siggi and his wife are very kind and hospitable. Siggi did a lot of calls to provide a baby car seat at the last minute. Thank you, Siggi.

Our visit was amazing. The host picked us up at the bus station, showed us around town, gave us great recommendations for activities, kept us updated about the weather and was very helpful overall. Loved the fact that the apartment came with a car! Notice there is one double bed and one big sofa that is also great for sleeping on. The place also had a great kitchen, fully equipped so we could make ourselves dinners and breakfasts. It's not in the middle of he city, but it's just a few minutes away by car.

Nothing to complain about.

The apartment has everything a family with one kid needs. It's located just outside the city center at the sea side, with a popular Northern Light spotting location just around the corner. Siggi, the owner provides a car, and you can just park in front of the apartment. So not the parking hassle you have in downtown. Siggi and his wife made us feel very welcome.

I LOVED this flat and will definitely stay here again when I return to Iceland. (1.) The owner Siggi is certainly hospitable and helpful. ( 2.) Flat is spacious, comfortable, well equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, plenty of room and, Netflix! (3.) Location is in a nice residential neighborhood. I felt very safe from crime, and from COVID not being in a hotel. We felt at home chilling here on our "down" days (4.) Flat is close to Reykjavic via a short 10 min drive, and it COMES WITH A CAR! (5.) This is an unbelievable value. Very reasonably priced.

There is nothing, really, that I disliked. It lacks a view, which was minimally important based on everything it had to offer, and being gone most of the day sightseeing.

Extremely nice hosts. Very welcoming and supplied us with info even after we left their house, as we kept their phonenumber... The kitchen was very well equipped. Will definetely come back.
