The size of the apartment.

Security at the gate entrance didn’t know where Maré St. Claire Hotel was even though it’s the same as ESJ.. drove out twice trying to locate it until I decided to proceed to reception at ESJ. The beaches had a of rag weed, there’s no pool. Main reason why I booked. The towels where we were staying stunk so bad. When I stated this to the host she said “it’s probably the bleach (that was a little crazy for me). No new towels were given nor offered. Everyone to me at this location seemed clueless. Even with the parking pass, I wasn’t even aware we needed a parking pass.

Everything was beautiful... The food was amazing... People were friendly...

Excellent location and clean place. Close to everything the beach is the backyard of the property just walk in.

Unable to sleep well due to airplanes noise because place is close to the airport.

Host was very responsive. Place had amazing views. Located directly on the beach within walking distance to restaurants and bars! Would definitely recommend, and plan on coming back.

Nothing everything was accommodating as shown in the advertisement. Views were next level and hosts were attentive to our needs and even gave us recommendations that worked out well!

The room was even better in person and the view from the balcony was even more perfect. The host was amazing and even did a surprise decoration for us!!

Room was located close to beach and some food places. Room was clean and had good views of isla verde.

The pool, restaurant, game room, card room, travel station, and bar were closed the entire time we were there (Friday-Tuesday) and did not open once. There was not a casino on site as advertised. One of the air conditioners was not working properly the first night we were there but was quickly fixed the next day. The room was fine and we were happy, but your listing of amenities was very inaccurate. When I booked a room I had non-negotiable expectations of comfort which included pool, restaurant, game room, casino, travel station and bar on-site. All of this was NOT on-site or at all open as described in the listing.

Bad key pickup process with missing information from the hosts, front door of apartment barely locked (easily forced opened). Not worth the high costs

The place was clean

- not enough blankets or beds for 8 people accommodated. I had 8 people in my family and there was not enough beds/ blankets for us. - not enough utensils, bowls, plates for 8 people - the floors were super wet due to the kind of tiles and my kids kept falling. IT WAS VERY FRUSTRATING. - the place is not suited for children as there is art work of womans butts, in bikini thongs, on all the walls.

property was well maintained, staff was helpful when we asked for help

the pool was out of service, elevators worked on and off and we lost electricity for a few minutes during the evening

Location nice. Very clean. Nice view. Comfortable bed. Plenty of towels. Free drinks in the fridge. Casino next door. Gorgeous beach.

Bar closed. Pool closed. No directions to location of parking space. Need more blankets. Needs a safe.

great communication directly with host. well kept and clean.. comfy bed. great location on beach just right out the bck door..but u have to go dwn 14 floors on elevator but then right out the bck door is the beach. plenty of beach activities, massage, drinks , and even food.. (towels provided) everything u need is walking distance, and 10 min from airport by uber. a/c’s work great to keep cool.

if u leave food or snacks out on counter or even in sink u will encounter ants (sugar ants).. so close everything up.. only partial view of ocean from patio , no pool view. however view of airport to watch planes take off and land is cool..many parts of patio view still damaged from last hurricane. we made the best of it. it was cool for us..

last minute availability was great. we had to cancel other place we had planned which was great we found this gem. made fast booking reservation contacted on phone and 20 minutes later we are in smal quaint condo with amazing beach view and view of airport.

The views were spectacular. Beach towels and plenty of towels and rags. The led lights created a great sleeping atmosphere. They responded to my text immediately. Best vacation ever will definitely return!! Going to explore rainforest on my next trip.

Amenities outside of the apartment is minimal, but plenty nearby.

The Apartment Host was Great in communicating and the apartment was clean. Great Quiet Area just need to be in newer building

The face of Hotel Building and Pool Area looks pretty good, the apartment was okay once we got inside but the building itself looks abandoned looking from the beach view it needs to be remodeled, the apartment balcony was very old and needs to be updated so we couldn’t enjoy the view.
