Dirty room, slice door broke, bathroom dirty, pillows need to be replaced

The staff at check-in was nice and the hotel is super close (5 min drive) to the airport and restaurants

The rooms were dirty. We had 4 rooms and they had bugs in them (little white spiders, roaches, etc.). The rooms are also very loud and you can hear the street traffic. The hotel also doesn't have an elevator. We stayed on the second floor so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs.

The state of the room , no table for suitcase, no hanger, no shower head, light on the lithe desk broken, no hands towels, very very noisy did'nt slept all night

It was horrible, first the sliding door didn't close, then the staff member closed it but you can hear everything going on, we ask for blankets and they never brought it, we had to go down stairs to get it, the bathroom was really in bad conditions the shower was clothed and the water didn't go down, in all is been the worst stay in my life, I will never recommended, Thay should close it remodel and train the staff, at check out there was no one to take care of us , definitely very disappointed ☹️😞☹️ on top of that I have sleep apnea and I was not able to plug my CPAP machine because the outlet closer to the bed was not working , so you tell me if I was not worthy of my money back for all the inconvenience

The staffs were great and very courteous for the two nights we stayed. Breakfast was limited but appreciate that it was included.

We did not like our stay here. The staffs were great and very courteous for the two nights we stayed, but room condition was poor. Main issue was the sliding door/window to balcony was broken and cracked open on one side with damaged lock and therefore all the car noises from adjacent road was very loud throughout the night and AC air was leaking. Apart from lack of comfort, It is also a security issue. Reported this to front desk but no immediate action. Entry to Parking spot has very strange driveway which makes the car wobble, jerk and not smooth. It seemed the pricing is much higher than the values you get out of it.

Well located property with parking and very clean. Staff was very nice at our arrival and at our checkout. Breakfast was very good. The place, although near the airport is very quiet at nigth. TV and a/c worked well. Bathroom and water was very good too. It has a bridge were you could cross the main road and arrived to the beach.

Door did not had a second safety way of closing it. Only the door handle had key lock.
