Too many people, smoking when not meant to. Not clean at all! Shower was dirty area

My best experience of the trip here was closing the front door as i left for good on fri morning.

1, 4 permanent tenants in there making noise in the kitchen all evening long as its ramadan so it smells of currys all the time all over the house. 2, the toilet and shower (which is absolutely filthy with mould and old hairs, and stuff on the floor,empty bottles of products all over), is through the kitchen so you cant get access through all the dining people in there till like 10pm 3, there is no tvs in the rooms, like, its a basic staple to at least have a tv in the room, come on. Ive stayed in many town houses on my travels and so. E are good some are bad, you just got to try em to find a good one. 4, Wednesday they were up with tv on in front room loud till 2.30am, ive got work tomorrow u dossers. 5, I rang on monday to find out the reason why tjere was no telly, had it been stolen etc and i was told they will ask the manager.. Do you know what response i got, NOTHING, ignored, 6, whoever they have as a cleaner here wants sacking as they are obviously not cleaning the place. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS ONE, EVER, I WOULD RATHER SLEEP IN BACK OF MY VAN. ITS MORE SANITARY.

they didn’t mention to watch out for a step when you enter the room.

we have stayed at 2 different properties 1 one had all we needed however this one no plates or cutlery also pilled amazon boxes in corner of living room which didnt look good also a fire hazzard was also informed that a couple of weeks before there was a guest kicked out for smoking meth in the property

The unclean shared facilities - advised under covid restrictions cleaned once weekly! Broken furniture! Huge step leading to room 4 beware!! This accommodation is not suitable for a family stay! Used as contractor accommodation. No sound proofing. Customer service was appalling.

There was no staff at any point of the stay. We came and had to find our own way around. While the room itself was pretty clean , all other facilities were dirty. The bathroom was dirty and smelt of urine. Had to force ourselves to use the shower. The kitchen was dirty and messy to the point where we fully refused to use it in fear of getting food poisoning or worse. The headboard of the bed was broken on arrival as well. Last night there, 5:30am really loud screaming started from what we understood was the house next door. While we understand that it isn't really their fault it did ruin our rest.
