There are not enough elevators, sometimes we had to wait a lot.

Nice location right in front of the beach. The hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. The staff are nice although not all of them speak English.

I would better describe our stay as a hotel with 3 meals included rather than an ultra-all inclusive one. There are several arguments for that: - limited dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, most of them being repeated every day. The options are even less if you are a vegetarian. - no variety of food stations. Actually only a main restaurant for the 3 meals and a little bar for snacks (which are actually hot dogs and a few sandwiches) - a complicated schedule for almost everything. There is an hour for ice cream, one for towels pick up and drop off, another one for the playground and so on - a very limited outdoor seating area compared to the number of rooms/guests - the children pool and playground are fun for toddlers and small kids. No other activities for bigger kids or teens - drinks at the bar are watered-down - no information on allergens at the snack bar and unable to check the same with the staff Overall the experience is not terrible but it is also not extraordinary. Also the surrounding areas are not well taken care of (on the promenade, nothing to do with the hotel).

Great place,clean,alot of facilities including the posibility to choose your type of sleeping pilow, on the beach, playing places for children, good food.

The hotel is one of a better quality ones from the Golden Sands, and features a great location.

Drinks are of very poor quality, you cannot pay this amount of money and not be able to enjoy a single drink.

I loved the diverse food options every day. Location was good, right across from the beach and there was no shortage of sunbeds regardless of how late you went to the beach. Rooms were clean and staff was responsive when we needed something.

Parking lot was far, but this is not the hotel's fault. Because the landscape is steep and there are too many hotels in short distance, there is shortage of parking that is walking distance. They offer a ride back, which of course is nice.

Really beautiful place, clean, fresh, well decorated. Very hospitable and helpful staff. We stayed with a child of 1,5 year, they help us with all questions. Food was very tasty in every food place in the hotel. Kid's animation was very cute. we felt care and attention of the hotel staff all the time.

We found nothing bad.

The quality of the food was very good. The location is great, right on the beach and not on the busy part of the strip. The drinks were of good quality and not watered down.

The mentality towards allergies by the staff in the restaurant was very poor. Incorrect allergy information listed on the deserts, when mentioned to staff was shrugged off and was told to give the food a try, even with severe allergies.

The rooms are big and comfortable. Good beach 10 meters from the hotel, good outdoor and indoor pools + pool for kids. Food and bars all around and with good quality.

I booked this hotel for my wife's birthday for 3 nights, 2 rooms, 4 adults and one 4yo baby. After we booked the hotel for almost 1000 Euro (which is a lot for this kind of hotels but we trusted is a Griffid), we get a notice that for less than 4 nights we cannot book a table for the a-la-carte restaurants. I repeat, was my wifes birthday, which was not nice. When we got to the hotel i explained to them that if you take the 2 rooms and split it for the price is like having a 6 day stay for a lot more than others who booked maybe 5 nights for only 3-400 euros. They didn't care, i said OK. I went to book her a massage for her birthday. It was all booked but i told them to call me (and gave my mobile) in case someone will cancel to make a surprise for the wife. Well, they called (they said) in the room... you go on vacation, on the beach and they call in the room (who goes to stay in the room?) again they failled to do something nice, didn't bother to call the mobile. They sent us a letter that we can book a table in the main restaurant, the same we already was using, stupid management. Now the rest gose like this. THE ROOM WAS DIRTY! One night something was crawling on my arm, i got up and saw a myriapod that run under the bed. It was 2;30 at night, i woke the wife and told her we have to check under the beds for the safety of the baby. we didn't found the insect but we found there children biscuits, some air-soft bullets and a lot of dust (see photo). The furniture was broken in most parts. We were at the restaurant having lunch. At 14 and 5 minutes , though we were with a 4yo kid they started to take out tables and clean the terrace, how can you do that when you still have customers? (see photos). Is probably the lowest Grifid i went and was disappointed. Food was decent. i would not reommend it. *Later, edit. PR say they called me on mobile. NO, they lie! No one called me. Unfortunantley booking doesn't posts more than 3 photos.

- floor in room was dirty - awful quality and taste of wine which was proposed according to the all-inclusive scheme - awful taste of drinking water (as if it’s a tap water)

The staff was great, the location is awesome, there were many kinds of food you can choose from
