Beautiful setting. Unusual properties.
Very good Goan food.
Leopard Valley Goa- high-octane open air nightclub is situated a few kilometres away is extremely loud and goes on into the early hours every day.
The noise was unbearable. Think carefully about booking if noise bothers you.
Also, the pool area needs attention. The decking is in a poor state and it is difficult to get in and out of the pools.

I thought breakfast was included but to my surprise it was not, the food was good at restaurant..they show different room then what they actually gave..room was not the way I imagined,it was too rustic to the taste, almost like village house…other than that everything was fine
bed, windows, doors and furniture, there is no proper door to the bathroom…

Rooms are well done, very earthly feeling. The staff is very friendly. It's a place for relaxation and unwind yourself.
It was a perfect getaway.

During the day it was very quiet und pleasant. A shy and lovely monkey family lives in the area. The food is excellent.
You have to know that from 7pm to 12pm the music can be heared from the disco in the neighborhood. It can be ignored but it is also pity that a quiet evening amidst nature is disturbed by this.

Bit more maintenance (well thought out but kinda run down) and cleanliness in the rooms and pool.

Below are the list of things we liked
1. The food was very good with reasonable price, we enjoyed every bit of it. The way they served the food was also very good.
2. The owner of the property, he is a real gentleman.
There are some negative points that should be pointed out for the betterment of the property -
1. There is no phone connectivity in the location(you won't get any network), you need to depend on their wifi which is very pathetic.
2. If you want to connect with you family/friends etc, the only way is via internet.
3. You will get no response from the reception when you need something. They will call you back at their time when someone is available in reception as most of the time the reception remains closed.
4. The place is completely secluded, and without phone and internet connectivity, you will feel like you are lost in the middle of the jungle.
5. You won't be able to visit anywhere in the evening as no cab/driver is willing to cross that valley as the road is very bad there, you need to be locked up in the room.
6. We stayed at mud house 3, and the environment ( the lighting, decoration) was very depressive (it's our personal view).
Summary - if you still want to experience the property, I would recommend not to stay more than one night.

Quietly nestled in a forest. Close to nature.
Room I stayed in was colder even during a hot December afternoon as it is made of mud and all natural dried coconut branches.loved the comfy bed and fluff pillows.
Authentic Goan food only. No beef, no pork.
Alacarte order.
Sea food options were excellent, close to homely cooked as chef is local villager.
Fish curry Rice with crispy fried prawns at dinner.
I was given complimentary fruit custard after dinner. And also extra portion of dosa type "polae" in traditional Goan language, for free at breakfast when I asked for more😍
People looking for a quiet time from all the madness this will wind you down.
Stayed only for a night, I may extend another day when I visit again for sure.
There is a short uphill climb to reach the restaurant and pool area. Will be a problem for senior citizens or anyone who doesn't like a little bit of steep walk. 3 to 4 min walk up.

The location is beautiful and quite. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Spacious for two occupant interior was great. Liked the copper fan and the bottles fixed wall with lights. Restaurant is the icing in the cake the location of the restaurant is beauty at the best. I travelled lot in India a MD abroad never saw a restaurant location as good as porsu. Very good pool view but bit small but no complaints the space available was utilised. Over all wonder Land. Last but not least to mention about the Manager Pritesh he is very friendly always smiling very helpful and kind. Owner is lucky to have staff like him.
Could have been better if WiFi is provided in few more areas just to get connected and available for emergencies

It was a pleasant surprise to find this rather isolated place in nature so close to Butterfly beach and the popular Palolem beach and its restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the room was actually a villa that was very spacious with a large bathroom and rustic aesthetic, and also comfortable and clean. The staff was particularly attentive and helpful.
The gate to the property was locked very early at night, and although we were told that we could wake up the staff at any time to open it, it would have been more convenient if we were just given a key to the gate.

Love every bit. From the service to comfort. Pritesh was very helpful with everything.
And the place is as good as advertised.
