Bad experience

Room is good

Room is good but in comparison with the room rent some more facilities should have been there. Food is poor and not upto the mark. The complementary breakfast is also poor.

Staff behavior

Food, swimming pool was not maintained, dirty( unhygienic)

The in-room facilities need significant care. The electric kettle's thermostat didn't work, the glass sliding door for the balcony was defective, there were patches that need minimum painting, the mirror in front of the wash basin needs replacement (quite aged), at least 8 hangers need to be there inside the wardrobe, there must be some decent hooks inside the bathroom for hanging wet clothes, the wiring inside the bathroom needs immediate covering and finally, strict rules need to be exercised for swimming pool as I saw plenty of people inside without proper swimming attires

Location was good. Serving boys were prompt

Untrained manpower, breakfast spread. Untrained senior staffs who are not creating any values in the whole process other than burdening to the cost management

Environment of the hotel is just awesome. Staffs are very good and helpful. Food quality was also very good. Overall fully satisfied. Best fit for short family trip
