This was my second stay at Juju's Place. Pleased once again. The friend's I stayed with were pleasantly surprised. We have stayed at several places over the years, this one being the best. She has thought of everything! We are looking forward to spending our annual girls trip there next uear!!

My family and I absolutely LOVED our stay at JuJu's House. From the moment we stepped over the threshold of the front door, we were enamored with it. We enjoyed playing board games in the den/family room, eating meals on the screened-in porch, and exploring the expansive backyard where we were able to see fireflies every night during our stay in early June. The basket of snacks was a nice touch, although we didn’t get to eat many since we brought a lot of our own. We visited the Seymour Farmers Market a few minutes away and came back with many goodies! Judy was very responsive and understanding, the best host we've ever encountered in a VRBO. Best of all, were the Bible verses hung throughout the house, reminding us of God's words. We will be back for sure!

This place was comfy and cozy, we felt at home and enjoyed coffee, on the porch. The location was private and scenic, without giving up convenience. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Definitely a nice house for you and some friends or family to stay with all the amenities.

We enjoyed the closeness of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We traveled to nearby other cities. Everything we did was within an hour. Stores /food was very close. Everything was a great first experience.

This place is located very well for UT games or even trips to Dollywood. Very clean nice home. We loved all the UT memorabilia. The only thing I would change would be to add a TV in at least 1 of the bedrooms but other than that it was perfect!

The rental was very clean and very spacious. It had everything you could need and more. The area is nice, it definitely has a small town feel to it. Seymour is an area I’ll be visiting at least once a year since my nephew moved to TN, especially to make sure my mom sees her grandson. The only thing stopping me from giving this place a 5 star rating is the 6 person limit including day guests, I’ve never stayed somewhere that had that rule. This would be my 100% go to place to stay in Seymour every trip up there but if I go with my mom and 4 other family members to visit my nephew I can’t have him visit at the home, he won’t be able to come over even for a meal. I know for some that may not be a problem, but I am one of 6 kids so if any of my siblings come with their spouse and kids I can’t stay here. Hopefully with time they’ll change the rule so that at least there can be more then 6 during the day.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Juju’s home is cozy and inviting to guests of all ages. Very clean and spacious. We are going back in April. You will not be disappointed.

Long awaited escape
We had originally planned to go to JuJu’s house in March of 2020, but had to reschedule last minute due to Covid. JuJu was amazing at the time and was great to communicate with this time as well. We were very excited to get this vacation back on schedule and hike through the Smoky Mountains. We were pleasantly surprised by all the convenience items in the house. The beds were easy to fall asleep in and the screen room was built to create memories.

JuJu's house was warm and inviting for our group of family and friends. Easily accessible and not to far from the main attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but far enough away from all the touristy gimicks and traffic. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again should we ever need to.

Our stay at Juju’s house was wonderful! We didn’t use the house as much as I had hoped because we were out and about a lot but it was a really lovely place to stay!
The kitchen was well stocked and the entire house was very clean. The screened back patio was awesome and we absolutely loved hanging out back there.
The master bed was really firm (and super uncomfortable, in my opinion). My partner didn’t have trouble sleeping on it but I did and moved to another room. We were lucky to have an extra room but had my sister-in-law been able to join us as planned, I would have been stuck sleeping (not sleeping, actually) on the uncomfortable bed. That’s really the only negative I had regarding our stay.
I enjoyed reading the owners’ story about how they built the house and raised their family in it. It made the stay a little extra special. There were also personal touches (handmade decor) that brought this story to life a little bit. I felt honored to know the house’s story!
The neighborhood was also wonderful and I was able to go on some morning runs while feeling safe and enjoying beautiful views.
All-in-all, this was a great stay for us and we definitely recommend staying at Juju’s house!

When we read the booking nothing was listed about not having access to the garage didn't going that out until almost time for our vacation so that was very disappointing. Also when it says coin laundry our thought WASN'T laundromat, it was we just had to pay to use it at the property. Well we couldn't use the washer and dryer super disappointing and annoying especially since we didn't have enough towels and had to go to the laundromat and it rained on us so a dryer would of been very helpful.

When we read the booking nothing was listed about not having access to the garage didn't going that out until almost time for our vacation so that was very disappointing. Also when it says coin laundry our thought WASN'T laundromat, it was we just had to pay to use it at the property. Well we couldn't use the washer and dryer super disappointing and annoying especially since we didn't have enough towels and had to go to the laundromat and it rained on us so a dryer would of been very helpful.

The house was welcoming, comfortable, and inviting. Everything was updated, clean and our favorite place was the beautiful and spacious screened in back porch where we could relax, talk and just enjoy the gorgeous view of the mountains in the distance.
