Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie ist äußerst geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Alles, was gebraucht wurde, war vorhanden, der Empfang war herzlich und die Kommunikation mit Estela perfekt. Und dann der Balkon und der Blick über die Bucht, einfach herrlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke für alles!

I can’t say enough nice things about this place! The owners were so helpful and lovely to this American traveling to Spain by herself for the first time. And the home is large enough to easily accommodate my husband and daughter when they arrived. The view-OH MY!!! It looks just like the photos on the listing. It’s charming and homey and I would buy it if I thought they might sell! Definitely hope to stay there again one day!

Mooi en verzorgd appartement op een toplokatie met schitterend zicht op de baai en de achterliggende bergen. Privéparking en -inrit en dus niet de nadelen van de drukke binnenstad. Ruim en zorgeloos verblijf en hele goede en snelle communicatie met de eigenaars. Niet bedoeld voor kleine kinderen in de zin dat er geen kinderstoel aanwezig is maar dat is geen probleem. Compleet uitgerust en zelfs een paar aangename extra's gekregen van de eigenaars bij het begin van onze vakantie. Een aanrader!

La casa es exactamente como se ve en las fotos, cómoda, luminosa , perfectamente equipada, muy tranquila y con unas vistas maravillosas. La anfitriona es muy amable, está siempre localizable y ha sido un placer tratar con ella en todo momento. Nos ha encantado Santander, seguro que repetiremos!

The owners could not have been more friendly and helpful having give us clear instructions and directions and met us at the Apartment at the appointed time. It was extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean with all modern furnishings and equipment. The view from the terrace, sitting/dining room and main bedroom is stunning. It is located in a quiet and upmarket area, close to local shops and a short distance from the marvellous beaches, restaurants and promenades of Santander. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Apartment and in Santander and hope to return in the near future. There is plenty to explore in this part of Cantabria with its stunning scenery.

Hemos pasado unos días de vacaciones en familia. El piso es muy cómodo, limpio y con unas vistas maravillosas.

Die Wohnung und die Location waren wunderbar. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung und auch die Lage sind nicht zu toppen. Estela hat unsere Fragen immer zügig beantwortet und uns bei Fragen geholfen. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren in der Wohnung gegenüber umfangreiche Sanierungsarbeiten. Hier hätte ich mir die Vorabinfo erwünscht.

Bestens ausgestattet, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Geräumig. Toller Blick auf das Meer, die Strände in Gehweite. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Viele Informationen für Restaurants, Strände und Ausflüge waren im Appartement vorbereitet.

We spent two weeks in Estella's apartment, and we had a great and very relaxing time. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed our walks along the beach, swimming in the ocean and visiting the little bodegas Estella recommended. Thank you!

Santander is a great place to visit. It's cultural with good local tapas, although Northern Spain is generally tricky for vegetarians as our daughter discovered. The area's green and very attractive, with interesting history, buildings and beaches. Mountains and the Picos Europa National Park is a must, nearby Potes is beautiful and the cable car at Fuente De a great day out, as is Guggenheim at Bilbao. Ferry is 24ish hours and from Portsmouth usually, and is a good experience, even with a dog. We were welcomed to the apartment in a downpour by lovely patient hosts who waited for our very delayed ferry until after midnight and left us wine in the fridge. The weather was generally sunny and warm with a gentle breeze in July. The appt's central to Santander and is mid-century / artistic, with great decor and furniture. There are two extremely well appointed bedrooms with fab storage, the third room is very small but clean and tidy. Nice well equipped kitchen, could do with bigger kettle and more bowls - easily sorted. 10 min walk to beaches at Sardinero which are clean, sandy but quite busy. Try Playa de Puntal spit for dog-friendly version. Friendly, excellent local bakery 3 mins from appt. Speedy local buses or taxi's into town with easy to find central underground carparks. There's usually non or little local charging on the streets. I'd go again, it's great.

Everything was perfect - the views, the comfortable beds, the interior and the location - we could not ask for anything more. This is a spacious, beautifully clean and well-appointed apartment in the quieter, more residential part of Santander. The view across the bay is exquisite and can be enjoyed from the spacious balcony. The owners are very gracious and met us at the apartment to hand over keys and show us how things work. There are washing facilities, dishwasher & lovely kitchen. We are already planning how we might go back: it was an idyllic home from home. Thank you.

Just back from a weeks stay in this apartment as a group of 4 adults and 2 children. We found the apartment to be perfect for our needs. Very well equipped, a luxurious finish throughout, clean, comfortable and with stunning views that have to be seen to be appreciated. The location was great for the beach. All communications with our host Estela were very good and we found her to be helpful and prompt at responding to queries. All in all we would highly recommend this property.

The location was great, about a 15 minute walk into town. Local amenities 2 minutes away. There is a beautiful view from the balcony and the apartment is very modern. Loved our stay and the hosts are super helpful and kind.

Our family of 5 stayed in this apartment for a 28 days this summer. From the initial rental process to our arrival, stay, departure and interactions with the owner, Estela, we must say that this was a wonderful experience for us. The location of the apartment could no be better, close to all the wonderful amenities that this beautiful city has to offer, safe to walk to even late in the evening and very private and quiet. Waking up in the morning and enjoying a cup of coffee on the terrace while overlooking Santander's bay had no parallel. Estela, made every effort to accommodate our needs at all times. We highly recommend this apartment without reservation and we are hoping to return at some point.

We are a family with two children that just enjoyed one week in beautiful Santander. The apartment has fantastic view from the balcony, a well equipped and modern kitchen, comfortable beds and high-speed running internet. The booking process was smooth and the owner replied our question very efficiently. Our only problem was with the water, occasionally, there was no hot water in the showers. Es una casa con una vista extraordinaria sobre la bahía de Santander que hace que la estancia sea especialmente agradable. Para nosotros que somos una familia de 5 adultos la casa ha sido cómoda, está muy bien equipada y decorada con estilo y buen gusto. Está muy bien situada en el Sardinero, cerca de las playas, en una urbanización tranquila, con espacio para aparcar dentro y autobús en la puerta para moverse al centro o la playa sin necesidad de coche. Por otra parte la dueña de la casa, Estela, ha sido muy amable en todo momento y realmente la casa cuenta con todo, así que no hemos necesitado nada extra durante nuestra estancia. Hemos disfrutado mucho durante tres semanas a pesar de que no ha hecho un verano demasiado bueno, y nos encantaría repetir en el futuro. Gracias Estela por la hospitalidad. Sin duda echaremos de menos esa terraza con las fantásticas vistas a la bahía que tanto hemos disfrutado este verano.

Hemos pasado una maravillosa semana con un tiempo excelente, disfrutando de todas las comodidades que nos ofreció el apartamento en una ubicación extraordinaria. Desayunar o comer en la terraza, gozando de las maravillosas vistas hacia la Bahía y las montañas de Cantabria, nos ha producido un gran placer que no olvidaremos en mucho tiempo. El apartamento muy bien amueblado con todo lo necesario en sus habitaciones y estancias y con una decoración actual y cuidada en todos sus detalles . Estuvimos la última semana de agosto de 2014 y hemos pasado unas vacaciones muy buenas. El apartamento está decorado con mucho gusto y es muy cómodo. Las vistas desde el salón y el dormitorio principal son magníficas. El piso está muy bien equipado y ha hecho que nuestra estancia sea muy agradable. El complejo cuenta con parking exterior y una zona de jardín para niños. La localización es muy buena: cerca de las principales playas (peligros, camello, sardinero) y del centro de la ciudad. La dueña ha sido muy amable y profesional en el trato. La casa estaba perfecta cuando llegamos y además contaba con un pequeño dossier preparado por la dueña sobre cómo llegar a las diferentes playas. Muy recomendable.

Unos días fabulosos,nos ha acompañado el tiempo, lo que nos ha permitido disfrutar de las vistas a la bahía, al amanecer y atardecer desde el salón, terraza y habitación del precioso piso que hemos estado;nuevo,muy bien equipado,decorado con un gusto exquisito, vistas inmejorables y una situación perfecta para dar agradables paseos, playa cercana y visitar el centro sin necesidad de coche. Han sido unos días inolvidables que sin duda repetiremos y por supuesto recomendaremos a los amigos y familiares.
