Great location with easy access to city center, shops and restaurants. Well-equipped kitchen, TV + Netflix and A/C. Responsive and helpful owner.

Very loud from both: street and neighbours in the yard (also during the siesta time).

it was not what we thought. we thought it was two double beds not a sofa. my poor mum could not sleep as it was very uncomfortable

We were a group of 5, and we felt comfortable in the apartment. It looks as a middle-class Athenian apartment from the 1970's, and we liked that. Marble kitchen sink... There is also a place to sit and have coffee in the courtyard, which was absolutely great during the hot summer evenings. We also liked the location - easy to reach other city areas, but outside of the main tourist crowd (also outside of the run-down areas where most of the lower-cost places seem to be located). Very simple was to get the keys at the spot. Finally, the host was very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the stay in this apartment.

It can get noisy during the night if you are in the rooms on the street side (garbage collectors, scooters). But, for Athens, the apartment could be rated as quiet. Also, one sofa beg is really for a smaller person.

Very spacious & beautiful apartment with retro feel.

Would benefit from one or two additions to kitchen equipment eg a bread knife to cut the delicious bread from the local bakery! The shower head/needs to be replaced/repaired.

The apartment is near a market so you can get food and other stuff but that’s really it.

The house wasn’t very clean, we found a good amount of cockroach running around. We had broken plates and dirty forks and knives. When being confused on how to use the warm water we asked the staff and received a very unpolite response saying to read the message and cheacj the internet. We never were met by anyone nor did we have Someone see us of, this would have been good because we had a lot of questions but decided not to ask since the first response very unfriendly. Aprment is super old and very old furniture.

Small roaches were living in the microwave and kitchen cabinets which were lined with the same liner since 1960 and hadn’t been wiped down for a while . The back door and windows were very rusty The tiles and tub were painted over and paint was chipping Slippery tiny tub Constant Dripping of sink faucet Location and entry way were depressing overall I don’t think I would go back unless the kitchen and bath were fully renovated and extermination done properly .

The apartment is large and has plenty of space to be comfortable. The location is ok, better than other certain parts of Athens, parking is manageable.

The apartment is mostly old and it could have been cleaner. Unfortunately we could smell cigarette in some rooms. Upon request a second roll of toilet paper, it was rejected stating only one can be provided for the stay.
