Spotless clean cosy flat in Koukaki, central Athens. Stayed for 3 nights and loved the place. Very close to many bars and restaurants. Beautiful balcony to sit and enjoy also.

Excellent location in buzzing Koukaki but in a quiet street. The flat has everything you need & spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The balcony has sun from the morning so it’s lovely to sit outside for a coffee / breakfast in the morning. It’s only a few minutes walk away from the metro at Acropolis or you can just walk into the Plaka for tourist time. 😊 Koukaki is my favourite part of Athens with lots of good restaurants & funky bars.

Perfect accommodation on a perfect location. Spacios, clean and well equipped appartment with good facilities in a quiet neighbourhood. The kind host and his father where very helpful during our stay, and when assisting us when we lost one of our suitcases. The beds were very comfortable. I will be back when visiting Athens again!

This is a great appartenent next to all touriatic attractions but in a quiet street in a friendly neighborhood with nice bars and restaurants. The interaction with the managers of the place was perfect, the beds super comfy and the kitchen well equipted. We will surely come again!

not so much dislike as word to raise awareness there was building work opposite. didn’t effect us as weekend stay and on Friday the street is closed for a market … great food but can’t get taxi near!

It was better than I expected good size rooms and comfortable lounge room area with netflix etc on the TV. Great little balcony area. Not too far from acropolis museum etc.

The back door was a bit difficult and the front door but once I got hang of it was ok. The hot water for shower is ok for a couple before you need to wait to heat it again.

Nicely located apartement with a big balcony. The street is relatively quiet. The Supermarkets can be reached by foot as well as bars and restaurants.The apartment was clean, every room had airconditioning and sunshades. The kitchen was well appointed.The communication with the host was very good and uncomplicated.

Parkingspots are rare and you can't park in the street on fridays because of a weekly market.

outstanding in every way. from the warm welcome to the complimentary water, juice and cake. the unit is perfect and in a great spot close to everything Athens has to offer. we had a late flight and the owner let us stay until 14:00. we have been travelling for 12 weeks and this unit is by far the beat we have had.

We were met at the property and given the keys and a very friendly welcome. The property itself is a really good sized 2 bedroom flat with a big terrace and is well air-conditioned. The location is great, near enough to the major sights but on a nice quiet street. It is also very close to the non-touristy bars and restaurants which are a lot nicer and cheaper than the more touristy places. Will try and stay here again when next in Athens.

The location is great, only a 15 minute walk to the Metro and a quick taxi ride to most of the tourist sites. You can also walk to these sites in about 30-45 minutes if it’s not too hot. It’s also located on a QUIET street, which is nice if you have children or need to go to bed earlier than most locals. It’s a very charming apartment with all of the amenities that you need and nice decorations. The A/C works great (important in summer), and my children were thrilled that we had Netflix to watch movies during the hot afternoons when most places were closed. An added bonus is that there is a farmer’s market on Fridays from 7-2pm right outside the door! We bought most of our groceries there and enjoyed having this so convenient to our apartment.

Feiendly host, nice clean apartment

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is a very clean and modern apartment. The rooms are excelent, the bathroom was perfect, the hot water was working well. The living room was beautiful, there was a tv with netflix and a big couch. The hosts are very nice people, they gave us free water, orange juices and biscuits for the breakfast. They also wait for us until 1am when we did the check in. They also recommended us what to do in athens and gave us their phone to help us with anything we wanted. I would definitely come back

The apartment was well located and comfortable. It was close to the Acropolis without being next to it in the busy area. Koukaki is a more relaxed and authentic area so we felt good there. We went outside Athens for a day and there was an easy access from the flat to the main roads and motorways. George met us in person and was very welcoming and informative.

The only tiny issue was that the air con was blowing right on one of the single bed in the bedroom, which was quite uncomfortable at night. I guess it is only an issue in the very hot summer months though.
