We spent 2 weeks in La Jolla in this well appointed, beautiful house. We had plenty of space for our family and enjoyed walking to the farmers market and shops up the street. The only downfall is somthing the owner could not control, which was construction on the home across the alley with jack hammer noise. Frequently during the week we were not able to get our car in the garage as it would be blocked with construction trucks. I am sure this would not be an issue for long as construction appears to be wrapping up! Overall wonderful trip and attentive property manager! Highly recommend.

house is big- quiet- spotless- and has all high end finishes etc - perfect to walk to beaches- Bird Rock and La Jolla Cove- great grill great kitchen- my only problem was with the sheets because I am a sheet snob- an incredible property like this should have high thread white cotton sheets- would love to spend a month here next Spring

This home is lovely, well appointed, and in a great location. It is a few blocks to beaches, downtown, stores and restaurants. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and well kept. Beautiful and well provisioned home in the heart of La Jolla. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach and 15-20 min walk to the cove and main town. This was a great property to be near the action while still being able to relax. The outdoor areas were particularly impressive. Andrea was extremely accommodating and communicative during the entire stay.

The pictures were very accurate for this house. It was comfortable & everyone had their own space. We loved that we could walk to restaurants & grocery stores. We even walked to the beach (about a half mile) & took their wagon with chairs, towels, umbrella & cooler! I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay in this coastal home. It has 3 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms which is great! It also has a garage and plenty of off street parking which is very rare in a beach rental. It has 3 balconies plus a small yard. We travel with our pup so this was great. It is walking distance to the beach, shopping & many restaurants. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and the property is super clean with everything you need. I highly recommend this rental.

We loved this house and location. It was walking distance to coffee shops, a grocery store and restaurants. The house had everything we needed and the views from the rooftop deck were great. The rooftop deck was the perfect place to have a cup of coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening watching the sunset. We will definitely be back.

Very nice house located blocks away from shops and a 10 minute walk to the main shopping area. Walkable to the beaches in about 12-20 minutes depending on the beach. The Farmers Market on Sunday morning/early afternoon is just 2 blocks away and worth the time. Andrea the property manager was very prompt in addressing house issues. Great house for a family!

The house is well stocked, especially in the kitchen - even a dutch oven. Nicely decorated and the crow's nest on the roof is great for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Could use a full length mirror somewhere, and the front gate is a challenge to open/close, but these are not deal breakers.

We recently booked the location for a work event in La Jolla. The three of us staying all had ample privacy while providing a nice living space for meals and work. Great location
This house was perfect for our family of 4. Our kids are adults now and so everyone had their own bathroom and private space. The house is just minutes walk from the beach and La Jolla Shores. It’s also a very updated house with all the amenities. Highly recommend staying here.

Large 3-bedroom house in great location
Very comfortable and well stocked home. Just a short walk to groceries and entertainment like The Comedy Store and The Lot (movie theatre). Very quiet neighborhood and we weren’t bothered by noise even though the houses are quite close together. The small yard was perfect for our dog. And Andrea was very responsive to any requests.

Only thing is I can say is wow!
What an amazing property and location. However, more than the property its the small gestures that make your day. Andrea and team need to be commended for keeping that in mind as they welcome guests. In our case, all I told them was that I have two kids coming in with us and I had two sets of sand toys waiting for us on the kitchen counter along with a gift basket. Small thing but goes a long way in making one feel welcome. The home was beautiful with modern furniture, amenities and above all super clean. I would love to come back again and stay here.

Great location, spacious, excellent outdoor spaces
We had a family of 4 adults for a 6 week stay. Loved the walkability to everything we could need including grocery, drug stores, restaurants, beaches, LaJolla Cove, and a Sunday farmer’s market. The house was very clean and obviously well maintained upon arrival. Very comfortable living room sectional and fantastic mattresses. The yard was completely fenced all around which was a huge plus for our dog. We really enjoyed the back patio daytime and rooftop balcony for sunset watching . Two of our party worked and schooled remotely which was doable with the Wifi. We had two cars and a bicycle which fit easily in the generous and clean garage. We cooked most of our meals so the kitchen was important to us. My only suggestion would be to add more silverware, plates, bowls and glasses to accommodate this . All other kitchen supplies like pots/pans etc were perfect. We enjoyed the family orientation of the neighborhood. Walkers we encountered were very polite about masking and creating distance which was exactly why we chose La Jolla for our stay. I’d highly recommend this rental and would stay there again. Andrea the property manager was extremely responsive.

Five stars plus!
If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would happily do so. The place is immaculate, well-equipped, spacious, comfortable and has an ocean view from the upper deck plus numerous other private outdoor spaces. Andrea is extremely responsive. Lap swimmers will want to check out the Coggan Family Aquatic complex, two blocks away - a magnificent facility. Overall this is one of the best rental houses we’ve experienced.

The home has EVERYTHING you need - from a fully-equipped kitchen to nice linens (and plenty of extras) to beach chairs & a wagon to tote them in. Bed in master bedroom was very comfortable; a bit firmer in the other bedrooms but my daughters were fine with them. It was VERY clean - no COVID concerns at all! We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Long term rental
Our family of 5 stayed here as part of a COVID escape from the Midwest, and it was a perfect month+ long rental experience. Our kids were virtual schooling and we were working. The property is situated conveniently to many walkable beaches, restaurants, and retail locations, as well as a quick drive to the heart of San Diego and many hiking/outdoor destinations. We really had no issues with the house (well-furnished, stocked, etc.), but Andrea was very responsive for anything needed. We definitely recommend this property as a safe, enjoyable place to stay in an upscale neighborhood with beautiful views and plenty of amenities nearby.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The property was clean; well stocked with essentials, and in a quiet neighborhood. The WiFi connection was fast which was important to us for online distance learning. The property manager Andrea was amazing to work with and quick to respond to any questions.
