This house was great. The owner Sid was a complete gentleman and communicated with us the entire time. Checking in and out was a breeze and the house was very clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub during the entire weekend. Highly recommend for your next large family/group gathering.

Property was beautiful! Loved the privacy

My team and I were down in Tampa for a flag football tournament so we needed a big house to accommodate all of us. The place is beyond spacious, giving everyone a place to hang out without feeling overcrowded and use the bathroom without having to wait. The gated pool is still outdoor so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the pool during our stay. Plenty of space and things to do if you’re looking to book for a big gathering.

The house was just as shown in the listing. It had a good amount of amenities to give everyone something to do in the down time. Sid the owner was very responsive and helpful prior to our trip and during our trip. I would recommend the house to others and would consider staying again if we visit this area in the future.

Great location for a family gathering for a wedding at a local venue. Beautiful property with plenty of space for our family. Very convenient to necessities, very close to an active train track but didn't seem to bother us. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stayed at the house for 5 days/4 nights for a reunion. House is very unique and has some great personality. There was plenty of room for our large group to spread out. Outdoors areas were so nice and comfortable. Loved the outdoor kitchen! The kayaks made the weekend for a few of our guests who went out every morning! Cons: for as great as the house is, the kitchen lacked some basic cooking items. It was a challenge to cook for a large group, we had to get creative.

If you are looking for a large home for multiple families with some remodeled spaces, this may be your spot. It is off the beaten path in an ungated community so be prepared for that. The owner was very nice and quick to respond to any questions that I had.

Very nice property, well maintained and really nice views of the lake and surrounding area. It was 8 of us and we had more than enough room in side and out. The transaction was completely safe and hands free the morning before we arrived Sid the property manager text me the codes for the gate to get on to the property and the codes to get into the house. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

House very clean and in an ideal spot close to everything. Only downside is the proximity of the train nearby, but the accommodations were perfect for our group

This is a great house for a family getaway.

This property was excellent for our party of 16. This very large home is equipped with everything you need and more. House came stocked with supplies. The pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, enclosed patio, backyard were amazing. The guest room off the garage was such a surprise, especially with access to the beautiful backyard. It honestly should be the master. We cooked alot in the well-equipped beautiful kitchen. Plenty of seating for everyone. We had 3 large SUVs and 3 cars. Plenty parking for everyone. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within a mile. Wished there was a room for kids with bunk beds and TV, but we made it work. Kids loved the air hockey and foosball tables and stayed in the pool. Sid had plenty pool toys and inflatables. The master bedroom was great but no entry to upstairs patio, but the large room next door did have an entrance. Needs more seating for upstairs patio. Love the Gazebo and dock. Only small grumbling among my party about not having TVs in most bedrooms as many of us like watching TV before going to sleep. Final words..Excellent, Excellent, Excellent.

Great house and property! Would stay again.

The property was everything we hoped for and more. There were 13 adults an infant and two children 3 and 7 years old staying at the property. There was adequate space and the beds were ideal for our party. Each day our family members staying in nearby properties gathered with us for food, games, laughter and just to hang out and talk with each other. We love the privacy of the property and had an amazing time with karaoke the last night of our stay. Sid, the property manager was very responsive and also made sure to check in with us to see if were comfortable and having a great stay the next day we arrived. Next year and the year after we plan to book this house again for future reunions..

This is the perfect property for an adults getaway. Large bedrooms, with queen or king beds plus plenty of bathrooms gives everyone ample space to get comfortable. The common areas are huge, the pool area is huge, the outdoor patio is huge... you get the picture. If you want space, you want some privacy, and you are ok with not being in walking distance of food/entertainment this is the perfect place. Plus the owner was very responsive and kind.

This house is amazing for huge groups of people. There are plenty of rooms and space for everyone to be comfortable. Only downfall is that it’s sort of far from the beach. I highly recommend.

I brought my volleyball team to Tampa to participate in a club tournament. The house was big enough for everyone to have their space when they needed to and lots of games and activities to allow for team bonding while they were together. Grill area was perfect for a large barbecue and pool area is fantastic overlooking the lake behind the house. Thanks for a great weekend!

This house was great for our group of 4 families in town for a hockey tournament. Property manager was quick with responses and the house was exactly as expected.

I cannot say enough positive words about the owner, Sid he was so accommodating from the time we made our first payment to the time of departure he was fantastic. The property was great, the pool was more than great and outdoor space was beautiful

What a great/fun house for a large group. In addition to a pool table, hot tub and pool, there were also a foosball table and air hockey. It's tucked away into a neighborhood and gated so being a little loud is fine. When he was available and responsive, the host was great in returning messages....however some responses were a bit slow. It's best to get his cell and text him. All in all, a great house for a large group. We'd stay here again.

The property itself is great! It is right across the street from a railroad track but there were truly only a couple times we actually heard a train. But overall a very good stay!!

Very well equipped and very clean. Highly recommend.
