Pool was shaded by other buildings. Not sure if that was all of the buildings or clouds too that impacted this. Was there at 1pm.

Everything Very central quiet had a great 3 nights sleep Direen and cammel in the dining room for breakfast were brilliant fun and cheerful Shannon serving at the bar was excellent

Location was perfect for what we had planned.

It is in the thick of the action so lots of ground noise

Loved our cabana room with direct access to the pool deck, and the modernist feeling of the hotel.

The fan in our bathroom did not work, you would press the button hear it try and run and then die. I wanted to tell the staff when we checked out but there was a very long line so I ended up just checking out on my phone. I also thought it was on the expensive side, approx $540 US a night when all fees and tax’s in. I would not include the breakfast again, very limited choices but the American breakfast was good.

Não há serviço de quarto, nem nada no frigobar apesar de ser um hotel 4 estrelas. No restaurante os funcionários não são nada agradáveis, sempre estavam nos apressando pra pedir ou pra ir embora mesmo minutos depois de chegarmos ou minutos depois de terminarmos.

the service and staff were on top of everything from communication about your room, friendly and efficient. the rooms were clean, comfy, and stocked. the room that led to the 8th floor pool was a good pick, pool bartender was very friendly.

L'emplacement était parfait. A distance de marche des restaurants et boutiques. Belle promenade au bord de l'inter costal juste à côté de l'hôtel. Le déjeuner était très bon et le petit restaurant sympathique.

Au bar, le soir: des lattés décaféinés n'étaient pas disponibles et le restaurant fermé.

Muito bem localizado, para conhecer fizemos bastante coisas a pé Hotel completo com bar, restaurante , piscina, academia.

Tivemos problema com o serviço de lavanderia (cobraram errado) e cobraram 2x as diárias, desorganização nessa parte. Dando dor de cabeça para resolver.

Las habitaciones que dan a las Olas Bvd son tan ruidosas que resulta imposible descansar. No he encontrado hoteles tan ruidosos ni en NYC. Especificamos claramente en la reserva que era nuestra Homeymoon y queríamos una habitación tranquila, y ni caso. El ruido y la luz de la habitación, francamente horroroso. No merece la pena pagar un solo centavo

rooms were very well equipped, the staff was extremely nice and helpfull, outside pool, fitness studio, city view, donwtown location, great breakfast, valet parking. all in all i was perfectly satisfied.

This hotel was so beautiful. It was in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale. It was very convenient to get around. The staff were really great and accommodating. Also, if I think it’s fairly new, so the amenities were very nice. I will return again!

I wasn’t clear that the water in the room after the first night was not complimentary. So that was an unpleasant surprise.

Loved the cleanliness of the room, the beds and bedding were heavenly! Overall the room was perfect for our stay; updated and modern fixtures throughout. Shower was great!

There was nothing we didn't like!

Our room was overlooking the pool, really nice. The room was large, clean, comfortable and the bathroom in good condition.

The staff were terrible! The assistant Manager Marcell at the front desk had no interest in solving my problem, I had to solve it! He rolled his eyes up in the air while talking to him. In the end I had to solve it and not Marcell which he should have done. I arrived and nobody helped me and my family with my luggage and not even leaving the hotel. We had to bring it to our rooms and they were lots and heavy! The staff at the restaurant were totally unprofessional, slow, phones in their back pockets, uniform was very sloppy. Service extremely slow. Food not that great either. Definitely would not come back due to the terrible staff.

The location of the hotel, the floor we stayed on, the bar and the wait staff, Jarissa is awesome at the front desk. Love the fact that you do drop off in the area and the gym is 24/7.

I think the pool can be open a lil later and room service would be good..Would be nice if you can be picked up from a nearby location after drop off..

Booked a room with a view but the view was of the building next door. Next time I won’t pay extra for it.

The location was close to several restaurants and night clubs. Easy access for someone who wants to get out at night. It was pretty quiet on Thursday but was much busier on Friday and Saturday nights.

The hotel included bike rentals with our stay, but there are no real bike paths in town, that I would feel safe taking my daughter on. We did find a safe path at the park that is just across the street from the hotel, but it had numerous homeless people on just about every bench of the park. (They didn't harass us in any way though).

Everything was great! Room was beautiful! Jarissa did a wonderful job checking us in and upgrading us to a room with a beautiful view! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff was very polite and informative. The hotel is very comfortable, luxury and CLEAN.

This was my first time at a Hyatt brand, and I was very satisfied. I will continue to book with Hyatt. Great location.

I didn't like that my card was charged before I checked into the hotel. It is not clear if it was done by booking.com or the hotel. However; since that was a big inconvenience to me, the hotel did an excellent job in accommodating me. I was very pleased with the service from the manager and all his staff that assisted.

Bartender didn’t know how to make common and simple drinks. Staff didn’t seem to be able to recommend places in the area, extremely noisy.

It was nice, staff was helpful and friendly at desk and bar. Clean. We arrived late and left early so we had a limited experience.

It was hard for uber to pick us up…the entrance is hard to find?

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We had a modern design room with a wonderful view of the city. We immediately plunged into the atmosphere of the city due to the ideal location of the hotel in the very center of the city, close to everything that may interest the visitor: sights, restaurants, shops. We will definitely return .

Great location and beautiful hotel. Cabana rooms on 8th floor wonderful. Rooms are updated and clean. Staff very attentive and friendly. Food is good if want to stay by the pool and relax. Lots of delicious restaurants within walking distance. This Las Olas Hyatt location is must stay.
