The location is basically in the city's life center. Although it is loud at night because of all the bars downstairs and around the hotel, but it is to be expected -- you are living right on top of the bar. The staff was not overly helpful, but not rude or unhelpful -- normal people's attitude.

Soundproofing is nonexistent. The room was showing signs of age: dots of mold in the room and in the bathroom, semi-broken shower faucet, cigarette smell in the bathroom that was permeating the room as well, bed sheets had stains all over. Pictures were not really representative of the room. My biggest issue is that during my stay they were doing repairs: after midnight, when everyone was sleeping or getting to sleep. It was loud and full of dust. They stopped after an hour and multiple complains from guests. I didn't get much sleep because of that and of the strong mix of smells coming from the bathroom.

What i liked most about the hotel was its location. It is very near to Galataport where i wanted to be (just 5 min walk) and it is convenient to get to/from the airport to the hotel using the public transport in just 1.5 hours! The tram station Tophane is just 5 min walk even with a suitcase. The overall area seems to be very safe, offering a lot of dining options. When it comes to the staff, they were more than helpful with whatever assistance i needed. I needed to checkout at 8 am (breakfast starts at 08.30 there), and they prepared a very tasty sandwich for me without my reminding on it - it was so thoughtful and kind! The breakfast itself was simple: an omelette, 2 cuts of different cheeses, a slice of cucumber and tomato, some olives, 2-3 pieces of bread, butter, honey and jam. But it will help you to get a start into the new day before setting off to explore the city! The room itself was nice (large and clean, though the wall near the bed was a bit scratched with dark lines left from previous uncareful guests), rooms were cleaned daily. However, i need to mention that my room did not have a view (it had a window but you can see an office building just in front of it). The bed was comfortable, the linen - good. The bathroom was large enough, offered a shower with a good water pressure, the hot water was really hot. There were small bottles of shampoo and shower gel; towels were exchanged daily. I really liked my stay and booked the hotel again for my next trip!

The breakfast was a fixed set in a plate which didnt change for the whole week i stayed .. No varities at all

The cats all arround you on the chair and table while having breakfast and the staff refued to grt them out. No one at thr respetion to help when check out you have to get your own bags down .the lift is only for 2 person House krepi g not every day and its not clean at all they only put tissue and sone towells and thats it. Bedsheets are stained and dirty. The staff uses the rooms and there noised reaches your room

Everything was great. The hotel is in a very nice area, so going out for a beer in the evening only takes about 2 minutes. The staff was really friendly, and the room had a nice view. I really enjoyed staying there.

I had some cheese in the fridge and the cleaning lady unplugged the fridge every single day and didn't plug it back in afterwards, even tho I complained about it.

Хорошее расположение, до основных достопримечательной легко добраться пешком. В целом, приятный завтрак. Мягкая, удобная кровать, нормальной длины. Бесплатная вода на рецепции порадовала. Мини-бар, шкаф, стол, душ, всё, как заявлено при бронировании, было на месте. Чтобы провести несколько ночей в Стамбуле - отель подходит!

Отсутствие шумоизоляции, внизу расположен бар, даже на третьем этаже сильная слышимость. На протяжении 4 ночей не было ни разу (!!!) влажной уборки полов в номере. Одна розетка над кроватью посередине, жутко неудобно, заряжать все ваши устройства придется по очереди и ваши гаджеты будут находиться при зарядке по центру кровати. Очень медленно сходит вода в душевой кабине.

L'appartement est super bien situé, près du tramway, tout proche de rues animées et pour autant très calme.

J'ai un peu moins apprécié le petit-déjeuner, mais c'est culturel !

The staff was very kind and welcoming. The hotel is just some minutes walk to Galata Bridge and very close to the tramway to the main attractions. Hotel in a lively area, full of bars, restaurants and nice shops. Breakfast served in the pub just downstairs (very gentle staff). Cosy and beautiful room, very quiet, despite being in a noisy area, also because I was on the yard side

The only negative aspects: the bed was really uncomfortable (mattres very thin and soft). Having slept there for 9 nights...I can tell it. The breakfast is good but it lacks fruit juice/fruit.

Excellent location, atmosphere and great staff. The staff was very nice and helpful. We will come back here
