The staff were amazing and friendly in particular Safiyeh and Fatih who were really great in hospitality.

the rusted iron around the washing sink wasn’t pleasant need maintenance

Big thanks to the girl in the reception and to madam jassmin they are very friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Internet was good.

The spa was miserable (the dry sauna is closed and the steam sauna in not open always) the male and female are separated (in sauna) and down there(spa) they dont speak English.

very good breakfast,excellent spa the rooms were clean and tidy

Omer the receptionist speaks very good english and was really helpful whereas the girl at the reception desk and one or two of the others didn't...it was very hard to find a way to communicate and couldn't understand our questions..we had to use the google translate app in order to make ends meet... the staff at the breakfast room,- very little or no english....the barman at the bar-restaurant-very little english,which is rare and strange for a 5star restaurant .the room was at the front and there was too much noise coming from the street and the surroundings , there was probably no soundproofing...the room needed some repairs, the glass door at the bathroom stayed two inches open which was a huge inconvenience when someone was in it and coud be seen and heard : (

I think the internet connection could be improved.

Great location really close to centre, close to Metro Stations and other amenities, friendly staff, room was a little unclean. We found someone else's socks under the couch.

I had a very good at the hotel. Musa was great. He was fluent in Arabic and Turkish and can speak English. He made us feel very comfortable and greeted us always.

Everything was good.

If you want help for the sightseeing and taxi-ordering, look for someone called "Saleem". He was super friendly and he speaks arabic too! He has multiple connections, as well as knowledgable of all things in Istanbul.

Everything was spot on. Nothing to not like.
